Hello Vas.. No, my thoughts are the overall concept of smart cities which revolves around energy, even if they have to run out new mains and smart meters to start the ball rolling. I think for tier 2 cities etc States will have to have two bites of cherry to get systems up and running. Once the likes of INDORE, and there thousands of them, get on top of supplies, costs, outages etc they can then look at more objectives such as redesiigning whole towns. After all you cant turn 'Dodge City' into a Singapore Glass Town over night, it will probably be in stages over a long period but requiring more energy along the way.
