Hello ITT. Many firms and Govs use distractions but I think MENA is a stand alone and could well expand.
As I see it CC could well have had a few more costs than expected, higher staff engagements, harder contracts with volume etc. On the other hand I think we are getting a bigger piece of the pie and JC has always said his figures are converative. The presentation will be interesting but equally these 40m unit tenders.
I think there will be a lot of action shortly.

Thanks for that LTI. I beleive that with CC pitching for over 40m meters of existing tenders in play at present that there is a fair chance that if CC got 50% or more of those tenders then the 50m (20%) of total for Indian market will be well surpassed. Possibly dreaming but looking good.
I am surprised that CC moved away from the milestone arrangement for payment, may be had no choice, as that to me would mean they could no longer go with an asap approach to delivery. I expect the existing agreement with Genus of payment at factory gate will remain.

Today has started off quiet. With CC in a good position contract wise and with new ones awaited it will be interesting to see if there an uptake before presentation. With most situations known, we still have tomorrow morning, I think it is now down to sentiment/confidence factor and JC is good at that.
With this latest 1m unit contract from Genus CC now has a large order book and will probably soon double it.

ITT, equities in the whole world are disappointing and your doing a Howard (Last of Summer Wine) is not helping.
People have all different reasons for selling, are the individuals going bust in other areas, mortgages etc.
Are they pulling in their small investments to support others.
CC has not changed at all since last statement that I can see. So now is the time to snap some up like you did.
I don't doubt that jake is doing the same no matter what he says.
Should CC jump from 11 to 30p it will be good profit for many.

He probably will mention it as latest order but it is not neccessary as already in writing.
Are you saying all other printed docs and newsprint about others is ok but not coming from JC.

Well jake we come back to the same old line, there are going to be times when CC has to provide finance, hence the Chip costs which were met. However in the main CC has a respected product and if Genus is prepared give Credit and start to give orders of 1m then possible 2m>3m on top of those that are already going through then I dont think finance is a problem, considering the limited time, 6 weeks, that CC utilises the credit each time.
Where in the system do you think CC could have problems.

I consider CC to be a very good buy at present, just caught up in the general market depression.
I think JC on 4/10 will give a bit of bounce to his already printed statements.
If the big companies are going to survive in India they will have to be lean with prices and hope they can increase later.
This is India and I think they will have a shock.

Well ITT, you can never say ignore reports but as we know Arden and Hardman views are poles apart.
CC is a small company, as Colour would say niche, if it gets 20%+ of India I think we will all be happy.
It will interesting to see if ENLIT stand produces enquiries, covers massive global area.
I hope 4th Oct is well presented, if higher equity market struggles then CC could attract.

Morning jake/ITT.. the whole market is suffering, do not get carried way.
A short time ago Colour was highlighting EDF/Bihar now ITT is going on about Vodafone. There are going to be many others in such a big area if GoI wants to meet targets and hopefully CC will get its Comms in several.
You are overlooking that CC has just started an immediate 1m unit contract with Genus for Bihar, your memories cannot be that short, only a few weeks back. You are shareholders don't keep putting up worry signals.
CC are looking for 20%+ of India and will no doubt get it. That is all you need to know.
If you want to play with your worry beads look at SAGA.
CC has money in the bank so wht are you on about jake. Genus, a big company is happy with placing orders with CC and likewise Schneider.

Hello ITT. No I was not thinking of new news but expanding what has already been said. There is a lot of sentiment in a visual/audio presentation. I am also awaiting Hardman futures prediction.
I think a lot of my thoughts are on what contracts were enacted before CC was engaged to sort out a problem for EESL. To me that is the watershed between when CC was not on board and when CC started getting EESL orders for Assam and Bihar (via Genus). Filling out that type of information would, I presume, not legally be considered as new information but I should think improve SP. Only my thoughts.
With my broker the buy/sell is currently 12.7/12.5, so tight.
Outside of our little world stocks generally are not doing very well, so should our lot prove more solid they could well be an attraction.

ITT, you are trying not to, but you getting excited. First when were these contracts started, remember it appears that EDF only reached 1m after 4 years in BIHar. CC is looking for 20% of the 250m Indian program, I think they will get more.
JC report appears to be confident. EESL after catching a cold with one Smart setup is not going to start knocking other contracts. There suddenly appears to be many 1m smarts installed yet we know that is not the case are these bits of info actually overlapping contracts. I think more will be known on 4th Oct presentation.
There is a lot of confidence around CC, especially from Genus, and hiring several top dogs.
A seperate question, currencies. Are Indian and Thailand contracts signed off in US$. An important question at this point in time.

LTI, impressive.
Working on prevoius style I take it that whilst CC has a lot going on these figures are being conservative. Also by the look of it CC is about to breakeven. If we keep progressing along this line $600m would probably be more like $1bn and my £4 SP would then be about right.
ITT, I would not worry too much on the Trilliant situation if they are lining up at this late stage they have a long way to go.
Colour, Mumbai is way back in the past, India is a totally different smart world now and CC it would appear has got all of its skittles lined up for a strike.

LTI, a good point but I would say again CC very recently received that 1m unit order from Genus for BIHAR starting immediately.
A large order from a well established Maunfacturer so there should be no concerns with CC's shares up to 30p.
If we get any headway in ENLIT orders could be massive, add India, Thailand, Africa to the pot then anything that America brings forward and there should be no concerns.
