Well ITT, JC is the CEO, he issued the new shares, some to himself, so it could be his last loyaty goodwill gift, apart from increasing bank balance. For someone who has tons and tons, sorry a million plus CC shares you certainly have a way of keeping SP down, not SIPP time again surely. DYOR
Although the BOD is not very forthcoming with information it is probably also to do with India and their position. Whilst CC Omni etc is the key to smart meters it is also physically a small part and financially. My view is we do not have to worry about Funds doing the dirty on us, I feel the BOD has looked after itself and loyal bigger holders with a freebe, PI's get no look in apart from keeping their money safe.
I come again to Genus and Intellismart, has nobody here got an answer. If we have pipelines to both concerns then price agreements must already have been reached and calculated into 1st tier contracts. Sub contracts are necessary for other suppliers but surely not these two. If those contracts had been factored in and CC had disclosed them then to my mind with contracts for millions already issued and us in pipeline the SP would have been 50p. Now that would not have suited the float. I feel massive orders are about to arrive, possibly after any time lapse for directors purchases. DYOR
Morning jake. I think money comes into this, if I remember SMETS2 was half the price of SMETS1. CC was the end of the line when all else failed for SMETS2. there is always the possibility that Toshiba preferred their own devices in the HAT, such as aerials to avoid CC costs. Would not be surprised if we get involved yet, money suddenly becomes available to save embarassment. DYOR
Thanks Colour, there's me thinking UK had sorted everything. Wonder if anymore meters will be affected as UK changes to 4G. They should use CC for any Comms problems. However I seem to remember CC had to have 4 in a row to create a little set, hopefully that problem no longer exists. With CC's success in India if they swapped every UK Comms defect over they could well solve that headache within a month.
ITT, you say you are coming out of Milton completely but would it not be better to stay small, surely he must give a Fund update his members. Hopefully he is not as devious as you believe. When these millions of shares are transacted do they not appear on our buy/sell LSE list. Is that nieve.
ITT, the only advantage out of all these float shares is they will probably be back in circulation at 12p+, and sitting on freeby warrants till about 30p or any big burst in SP. This will put shares onto market to create buy/sell. At present long term PI's and Funds are sitting tight so no churn.
Hello Colour, I think there are legs on this company yet. Many quick profit PIs will probably pull out. The fact that Bosch and Weich own around 40% I think will keep it afloat should it drop to say 10p (at the speed its going) I will probably go back in. All will be known when the China factory comes on line, 2024. Unless something else in competition comes along Ceres should turn out well, long term investment, possibly too long at my age.
Your the stats man ITT, simplify the difference between how the figures were running at 26-29p with order book of 0.8m units, and todays figures of 5m Framework + Genus + other contracts already in process. Is it that we should be seeing 40p+, is it manipulation has taken place. For others DYOR.
Ploughing through some old MOUs saw this worth a read. We should be much further forward with Intellismart. All this information will probably emerge in one fell swoop but this does not help a drip feed into rising SP. Just a read.

Hello LTI, Yes I was also looking at long end but my eye was on the small percentage of installs that had to be completed by set times this year. That would give us who the allocation was going to. The other thing I was banging on about was Inhouse/Framework, it is no use having these setups unless they work for us.
As I unstood it Inhouse was for Genus to takeover Hardware at the bench level, pay for all materials and pay CC as meters were turned out. Pretty simple as long as Genus are still doing this, if not CC would be required to tell us as detrimental. With Framework Intellismart we had an agreement for 5m units, many of which they obtained from Genus (don't know h ow that is accounted for) which were distributed scattergun, to their various pilots. So we have these massive agreements with these massive companies yet we hear nothing, previously these signings would have put us well into the 50p backet. We should keep pushing for updates as these are our main sources of constant income. JC an update please. Are we being kept in the dark subject to a takeover/buyout. DYOR
MSEDCL was mentioned

Morning Gizmo and jake. It will be intersting to see if Trilliant started off rich or made the money through enterprise. With Enlit CC I believe are new to this forum. It will be interesting to see if they cooperate with Trilliant. Trilliant could use CC at Meter level, alliances are changing constantly. If I remember rightly when CC came on the scene under Intellismart Trilliant were only providing HES for that 1m units.

Morning Colour, go a little bit in your direction but with UK we do not know what changes are planned regarding wireless, 3G out 4G in, are landlines staying for instance. With China B.I. I got the impression that was more foreign exports, not into China, may get an update on BI one day but did not cost us and we had the final Comms control of any installation. Coming back to Trilliant what exactly do they do, HES and solutions?, or do they make Comms like CC
DYOR
I agree ITT, by this time CC should have at least made break-even. With no update I assume Genus inhouse went ahead, as a vital ingredient we would have been told if otherwise, so unless the Genus installations have slowed, I think not, then we should be getting a good monthly return with no costs involved. Again with Intellismart the Framework is drip feeding into Pilots and everything else, and Intellismart are giving Genus regular payments so we should be getting considerable sums from both. So no need for float in my opinion. That was the whole idea of these setups, guaranteed flow and incomes. We seem to get the setup trumpeting but not the ongoing result. No doubt JC will sort shortly.
