Ash, I live in Scalby.

You can imagine the interest in this mine, it’s going to become a major employer in the area, it’s importance to the local economy of this part of North Yorkshire and Teesside is huge. The thought of this mine not going ahead has not ever been considered let alone entered anyone’s head. What was once considered as something that was an impossibility has overcome so much, done everything it set out to achieve, St2 is a given after all what has already been achieved.

It’s no leak, just local gossip and chit chat, there has recently been an uplift in confidence regarding the mine locally. Yes I live locally , a lot of Sirius staff live in the area. I think the arrival of the first TBM has lifted moral this week.
A lot of local people are small investors in the mine as well as work there , so it’s often the topic of conversation. How much of that conversation is ramping then your guess is a good as mine, but it’s natural when we’ve got a vested interest.

Apparently St2 Finance is still on track to be finalised this Quarter, in what form or from which source remains to be seen.

Not the News we were wanting to hear, it remains to be seen wether a deal on 401 or an update on 201 will be forthcoming within the next five weeks as previously promised. I remain very sceptical of any good news coming out as one disappointment seems to follow another. Their record of Updating investors is laughable , usually just fluffy news with no substance or a demand for more cash. The only thing that remains positive is the fact that they must have spun somebody a good yarn to extract £500,000 grand out of them.

I seem to remember last year VAL saying that they had appointed distribution partners around the world on 401, however two prospective partners were in discussions relating to territorial boundaries but were expected to be agreed by the end of the first quarter ‘19. We have not yet heard anything to the contrary and with only six weeks to go before that deadline arrives we are all hoping for some good news and a jump in the SP.

Confirmation was received this week that Principal Investigators have approved and signed the Clinical Study Report and that the process of submission to and approval by the local ethics committees has commenced. Notification of receipt of the Clinical Study report was filed to the Ministry of Health in Tbilisi, before the end of July 2018 in accordance with regulatory expectations

Commercial activity surrounding VAL401 has continued. Detailed discussions are in progress in respect to a pivotal Phase III Clinical Trial. Partners external to ValiRx and ValiSeek will have substantial input into the trial design, with first dosing anticipated next year.

It’s incredibly frustrating and the BOD’s record of non delivery, non compliance and keeping the market and investors updated is hardly a confidence boost, however they set the first quarter of 19 as a time when they will deliver a deal on 401, any variation of this and they will loose what little confidence is left and a further collapse in the share price will happen as they loose investors support altogether. As someone whose investment has dropped from £10,000 to £150 , then you can imagine the dissatisfaction and loss of confidence in the company I must have.

It’s frustrating for SXX , equally frustrating for investors that got in at a higher level than where we are currently at. Hopefully an update as to the progress on St2 Finance will be sooner rather than later as investors can get worried and loose confidence with long periods of silence after deadlines have been missed particularly when set by themselves. So some good news must be around the corner soon, we need a confidence boost right now, as it is long overdue.

It would be interesting to know if SXX were still recruiting, it would be an indication how they are progressing St2 .
Locally the word is that they are making steady progress albeit being frustratingly complicated and time consuming .

My original investment in VAL was £10k , it’s now worth £170, as they say it’s not a loss until you sell. I don’t think selling is an option anymore as I have more or less written off my investment , so all I have left is optimism, but that requires a little patience at times. The BOD said that they would conclude a deal on 401 in the first quarter 2019 and there has been no indication of that not happening or being extended. With about six weeks remaining to the end of the first quarter then I would prefer to see what sort of deal they come up with, it’s certainly going to be worth a few million, so with a capitalisation of only £5m , VAL share price really has only one way to go IMHO.

SXX has a habit of achieving what seems the impossible, I have a feeling we will get an update on St2 Finance very soon which will send the sp up from where it is now, so don’t panic good news is just around the corner.

I think there’s been a leak somewhere hence the recent volumes, I am of the Opinion an announcement will be forthcoming in the not too distant future and this will be a multi bagger, it is massively undervalued at present.

It’s News that drives the AIM market , unfortunately when this company gives news for some reason the market is suspicious and the news is not transferred to the sp. I hope more positive news is backed up with evidence. The companies broker is therefore its representative has no idea of how to support the share price and attract investors. Let’s hope that someone gets a grip and we can see this company is valued for what it has achieved and what it can achieve.

The fundamentals are we have a company here capitalised at little over £5m, yet it is sitting on intellectual property after years of research and trials having spent £m’s of investors cash . It does take years of research and does cost a lot of money to get to the stage we are at. The risks have diminished massively in the last 12 months, we have been told to expect an announcement regarding 401 and an update on 201 anytime during the first quarter. The announcement of a deal which could be worth hundreds of millions, this share is a steal at this level, as soon as people wake up to this fact, at least give the BOD the benefit of doing a deal in the timescale that they forecast.

There’s a lot of buys today to suggest it was not a P&D yesterday, there is as expected some profit taking from the traders but with such big news almost imminent on 401 and an update on 201 , I tend to believe this is more a tree shaker than a sell out.

Even in the absence of imminent news, the investment risk has diminished over the last 6 months yet the share price has come down, with everything what’s on the horizon these shares are incredibly cheap.

Some of the comments on this page amaze me sometimes, some moan when the share price goes up and others moan when it goes down. If you can look at the positive side the BOD said they would have news regarding VAL401 in the first quarter of this year, we only have six weeks to the end of the said quarter. News of deal related to 401 is imminent, possibility as soon as this week. I for one am not going to dump my shares, there is bound to be some profit takers , however there are lots of buyers too and massive volumes today.

With the Government concentrating it’s efforts on Brexit, it is still disappointing it’s not supporting this project to the previous level and really is a demonstration and an example of how it treats the North with continuing its bias of support in the south where Goverment support is disproportionately higher. However delaying news on St2 funding is having a drag on the sp and harming investor confidence, an update on St2 funding from the company will hopefully be coming soon in the form of commitment letters from lenders . It must be embarrassing for the BOD to fail to reach the targets it sets itself but understanding this is a complicated process of due diligence it maybe not surprising.
