Hi Gillie2, yes I am perfectly ok with you posting it (Tiny typo of yours: EDL, not EDF). Posters named "aerial" and "Atomicrain" did some great work finding these links. I don't see any harm in bombarding the World Bank people with emails like mine, after all, what have we got to lose?

I took a stroll down to Tanzania, found the World Bank rep in the country and sent him/her this email:

Can you please tell me for what reason the tanzanian authorities have rejected tender proposals from Edenville and Kibo for power plants for the new power line the Wold Bank is funding hundreds of millions of dollars.
If you are going to give them massive amounts of money, perhaps you should ask them where the power generation will be coming from, because they do not seem to be serious about the project.
Are you sure the money is going to end up in the right place, for the right purpose?

Any views on what the effect of the decline in the APT price is going to have on the WLFE recovery plan? Will it drop further, or has it bottomed? I just don't know the answer to any of these questions!
