Is she lumping the Justice system's time wasting failures together with planning system failures and wanting to sort the whole sorry mess and drive through green energy, gas/hydrogen storage, wind farms planning reforms etc all in one big sweep - all of which would see a revived harl having a decent future. Those 3 words did not need to be added. It is an entirely discretionary addition, which indicates to me that once JW is out of the way, and a temporary additional £20m comes in from America, there will be sufficient breathing space to give the £200m, repay Riverstone their blood money and ensure that FSSs get built, and dry dock available for the carriers, and wind turbines are built in the UK. It's actually more about quietly moving to a war economy than anything else. Think Putin, think defence, think a governmental desire to end the duopoly in defence shipbuilding (Ben Wallace's vision may not be entirely wasted)

Don't underestimate the use of the caveat word "expects" in that announcement!

Presumably a huge amount of groundwork has already been covered by civil servants and banks. Just needs a new HMG to give the go ahead.

Answer - not a mention. Have I missed something here? With a 48.66% rise we should be shown as the best share of the day, (above MET1 at a mere 38.1%). But there's nothing for poor little AEX as far as I can see. Having waited at least a decade for this moment, I would have liked the pleasure of sitting with a large scotch and gazing at the LSE top risers board, probably for at least two hours. Thanks LSE for denying me this long awaited indulgence!
