!!!???
Hi safety and Kev. Yep living in Lowie in the wild east has its benefits. According to East Suffolk district council, we are a 'destination'! In other words you have to specifically want to come here as opposed to a place you pass through to get to some other place. (if you get my meaning). That suits me fine. I still have total confidence wres will a complete success even though I have temporarily taken a bit out (whilst the sp is stagnant), to invest elsewhere, make a profit and then buy back increasing my holdings here. With my level of 'expertise' this may not work. It's all down to the timings. My fingers are tightly crossed. Anyway, hope you are well and you have a good Christmas. Best wishes and a safe and happy Christmas to you GIT as well as all other LTH's. Stay safe.
Morning GIT. Yep all well here. Hope all is good at your end. Now just waiting patiently for 2021. I hope I have got the timing right with a few little dabbles. Time will tell but I still view wres as the share with the biggest upside potential over the next 12-18 months that I have seen. I hope to be able to increase my holding over the next couple of months if things go right. We'll see. Take care mate.
It is very easy to sit in your comfy armchair at home and criticise. To criticise MM for all the issues we have had. To criticise the government for their 'woeful' handling of this pandemic. I am very glad I have not had to make the decisions they have had to make. Sometimes they will get it wrong and sometimes they will get it right. We are very unforgiving of others when things go wrong even when we know they are doing their best. Could any of us have done any better?? Clearly some of us think we can. That is until we are asked what exactly we would have done (without hindsight). We are where we are and we move on into 2021. We will get through covid and WRES will make us money.
It appears London is likely to move in to Tier 3. The sooner these can be put into general circulation the better it will be for us as individuals, towns and cities across the country and ultimately the country as a whole and our economy. This is increasingly important in the likely event of a 'no deal'.
Thank you Lottohopes for that informative synopsis. It makes such a refreshing change from 90% of the stuff I read here. I have been in for a little while, very much underwater and have all fingers and toes crossed regarding the success of the Volz connection and the other outlets. I was beginning to be very concerned particularly regarding the antics of the two directors and the recent silence. I am more positive now having read your excellent post. I am beginning to see that this company (these companies) could have much more potential than what first attracted me. I am still a tad nervous about something coming from left field that scuppers things, which has happened to me all too frequently. However, I really think this could, and perhaps should be a huge success story for the UK. Good luck to all long termers.
I'm sure you're right GIT. Onwards and upwards anyhow.
Sounds like progress has been made in terms of plant improvement but we may have to wait until Q1 production figures are out in April to see any significant upside to the outgoing tonnage. I'm cool with that. This project will be successful during 2021 imo and bring us the rewards we are all looking for.
If SNG001 is as effective as RM intimates then the world will need much more than 100000 treatments per month. I have no idea what the figure would be but in order to supply governments with (potentially) the millions of doses needed to provide protection for their populations, it will require a huge effort. Is any one multinational Pharma capable of meeting the demand? Probably not. Let's face it we are talking about not just protecting health but economies, ways of life etc etc. It appears we have this one size fits all remedy to lung and respiratory viral infections now and into the future. The question is, how much value do you put on that? I know the sp figures that have been banded about this evening seem quite ludicrous and way off the charts. Cloud cuckoo land. Perhaps they are. I think the next few months are hopefully going to be a lot of fun. At the very least it's going to be fascinating to see how all of this pans out. I am 68 years old and I have not seen anything like this in my lifetime. The bottom line is that we must stay as safe as we can and look after our loved ones. I hope Synairgen will provide the solution to this awful pandemic soon so that I can start going away in my caravan again. The sp will take care of itself and be whatever it will be. Good luck to us all.
Your 'realism' is a tad misplaced imo winwin. I think you are being a bit disingenuous with your vaccine comments. Everyone knew that vaccine announcements were in the pipeline. What is emerging (and this you will be aware of) is the unreliable and misleading nature of the headlines regarding the vaccines. This has been discussed at length by a number of well respected and knowledgeable posters. You are being deliberately and unnecessarily provocative. If this fails it will be because the treatment doesn't work not because of the vaccination programme. You know that.
Agree with everything you've said GIT. It's just I'm getting older!!!! Bloody 68 mate!!
GIT, as long as we don't get a nasty surprise and a proverbial kick in the nuts come Jan!! Just a little vid to show us the plant in operation would help allay worries. Are we working a 4day week for example? Is it 12 hour or 24 hour shifts? Just a tiny morsel of info.
All well here GIT. I trust you are the same. I am hoping the timing works out for the little venture 'elsewhere' so I can increase my holdings here. I have a feeling that I might not be lucky in that regard. If the Jan update is positive I am sure the sp here will increase very quickly. Any improvements elsewhere will be wiped out if it is left for too long. I believe there are many waiting to jump in here when they see things are back on track. The upside here dwarfs most others. It's all in the timing mate. The games we play eh?
