Why the lower buy price ? I would think the price would i crease. Is it the sheer volume ? Also, do we expect an increase as a result in volume. Im waiting for the results anyway, but i would have expected anprice rise, rather than decrease for the colume bought. Ive obviously not learnt much over the years.
How come the 1.3 million pounds wirth of buys are missing, but includes in the finish price ??? Are they classed as out of hours and will be included in mondays trades ?? They are showing as buys with the share values in my.post, the monetary value qas also showing and they dont match up to your update. One was an uncrossed trade so assume this took place in the day maybe . Any ideas
It looks.like 2 trades went through that killed the finish price. 2,307,620 shares bought at 43.95 at 16.35 labelled as UT trade and another batch of 77,264 shares at 43.95 labelled as O trade ,went through at 16.53. Some massuve buys so should open on monday back at 45.30 plus. Depends.on who is buying and the weekend press.
I see this rising up to results rather than a drop. Others are falling, and nudge up for us. The results and plans for debt pay back, Dividend ???and life after the panic buying will be interesting. Over the years its been prepped for a takeover, but its looking more like a realistic stand alone now. Either way its positive. Not good as a result of a pandemic no, but growth has been seen every.month for a while with some of the staple , boring products really.paying off now. By the way, i dont see the products as boring, i buy them and the shares.
Offers seem to be back at morrisons. Kipling cakes and cadbury branded £1. They seem to be snapped up, but that could be just me. Helps i love the products, so i invest. Cadbury cases in pack of 6 have new, on the box and they have gone already.very,VEVRY nice. Looking forward to the next few weeks.on this.
Had home pride pasta bake , it was amazing, will be buying more and butterscotch angel delight yesterday. Reminded me of my child hood, and will be getting.more, found a large tub so still go enough for another batch. Oh and 1 kipling pie left of 6. Lock down staples
I think carnival could be at risk of blame for the virus spread in the same way hotel chains should be . But they are making changes. I will be more at risk traveling in a plane, going to the local buffet, or spending a week abroad in an all inclusive hotel. Carnival are not responsavle for spreading the virus, people are. So they will screen people and manage their poor hygiene habits. Much better than a local buffet or all inclusive resort. Everything ive read says that they follow local government advice. Japan was all about what the japanese wanting them to stay on the ship, where the advice is to get the infexted off, the crew appear to have spread the virus more than the passengers, but how will they ever know for sure ? Australia ruby princess, the ship was surprised that everyone was allowed to go home. The cruise line reported it. This has forced the cruise industry to rethink how they manage the public. Vaccine is the.only solution.
Im buying more next week. Got some at £8ish and im holding. People want to cruise. Agree no cruises this year, but wait until the vaccine is released, then see what happens. The company has assets and multiple brands, to sell off if it needed to, and big investors. The reports around the infection rates on ships blame local government on the handling of it, not the cruise line, and bookings are up for 2021 with a lot of people moving this year to next. The cruise line keep the money if the public continue to stick with the line. Prices are rising for next year as well.Covid isnt forever, its just how much longer. We can all drink detol.according to trump, but there are major pharmaceutical companies racing for the vaccine. Buy and hold for me.
Im not bloomberg, but the point i was making was that they were able to take advantage of one performing well, with all previous reports saying that one of the pensions having a requirement to pay millions into it, this is a zombie company , we are going to have to pay millions into to shore it up. Tgis was 100's of million that bought the value.of the company down. But they are able to benefit one of their higher perfirming schemes. So the transformational change in the pension is not true then ? Thanks for the correction, im not Donald Trump, or ramping, just thought this was good news.there is always a pension liability with every company, like the one i work for, but the previous reports suggested this was killing the company. Happy foy you to correct me again, afterall, this is what these chats are for.
