With the amount of post on the board lately I doubt if anyone will attend, joking of course.

I think its going to be a closed AGM, Ie no outsiders !!!!!

In light of the impact of COVID19 and following the advice by the UK Government of compulsory measures prohibiting, amongst other things, public gatherings of more than two people, ("Stay at Home" rules), and measures being adopted in Australia, it will not be possible to hold an open AGM with shareholders in attendance. As a result, the Company will not be able to grant entry to anyone seeking to attend the AGM in person.

Spy first thing I said was "with respect", 2nd you seem to be having a go at quite a few people lately calling them fools, idiots, stupid and other childish names. You complained a few days ago about having some of your posts removed and if I recall it was exactly this reason why they were, being abusive to others and calling them stupid or something similar.
If you cant take a friendly note don't bother to reply, and when / where did I say I filtered you ????? another wild assumption me thinks.
I read your post and seen you posted the 22nd RNS by mistake obviously but how did you post it without seeing or reading it was an out of date RNS even I spotted that as soon as I seen it. But I didn't pull you on that others did. My post was not intended to pull you up it was to say to you chill a bit and stop calling others silly names, it may help you.

Yes I totally agree. This is exactly what I said to others about a Month ago when we were discussing the effect of the Virus on House builders. Now we have a double whammy with the Brexit uncertainty thing still ongoing now the blooming Virus. Another thing we have as you say is the possibility of Job loss on top of that !! When will it end ?
That is one of the main reasons I looked elsewhere for a safer haven to invest, and I got involved in two AIM companies, but that move has paid off so far. House buying will no doubt be in the firing line but the shares hopefully will bounce back eventually as they always do here but how long will we have to wait is the key ????? One thing I would say is for all holders not to panic and sell at a huge loss, that's a fact, TW are a great company and they will come back, so it could be a long hold.

Keep safe and try not to worry too much. Maybe consider a top slice if we have another high spike at a 25% to bank some cash for a possible rainy day ?????? worth a thought.

Yes agree, and as soon as the tide turns I will reinvest for sure, this is the first time I have been out here for 14 years in fact. In my circumstances it was silly of me to keep some of my stagnant shares especially when they were on the decline. I sold here at 2.1852 back on 29th January to buy more GGP only because I felt they were a far better investment at that time and I am very pleased that I did as we fell big time here then they cancelled the great divi that we enjoyed for many years.
Personally I can not see builders getting back to full steam until early next year together with the return of the divi's so I will be sitting on the fence but if anything turns I can invest immediately so no worries on that side.

Morning all.

Yes I see where you are coming from and totally agree. I am at 100% now in GGP with cash in account trading with Rock. I did take a top slice of 25% at 0.0925 and now have a totally free ride with GGP so now its all profit, absolute life changer for me.

I have reduced my Normal acc and hold mainly in ISA now but still a long way to go before I can close out the Normal acc , say in the next 8 years so to avoiding a great CGT bill so that's it for now.

Good luck with all your investments and I admit what a ride its been.

Thanks for your post and I will be investing back as soon as we return to some kind of normality and the divi is also back. I just had to invest elsewhere for the time being as it was a sensible thing to do.

Hi Ben,

Not being on that board for a while and very surprised that the SP has dropped so much with all the testing now required with the associated test kits, same as SNG. WHy have they fallen away ??? I will not go back into either now as all the cash is invested elsewhere and IMO a far better bet with less risk so very happy now to hold for a while to see what happens.

Hope you are keeping well and its good to see Twimps still holding their ground well.

Noticed Nige, Bamps & Troubles are not posting so much, think they are still in NCYT ?

Any thoughts on the SP this week starting tomorrow and where we will be by Friday. Anyone think we will pass 9p ??? about time IMO. Would like a very nice small rise each week up to the news news :-)))
