That is a delayed sale at 17:25 that the buyer had to pay the "auction" close full price 11.90.

I have no problem at all. You do not seem to understand. Why not google UT and it will explain in full. Try to understand that there is an auction after the 4:30 close. The 11.24 is the figure shown at 4:30 but its actually not the official closing price as the Auction continues after this board closes. Then my post explains what happens and at the end a figure is calculated taking into account the volumes sold / Bought and that closing price is the result of this is what is known as the 'Uncrossing Trade' (UT) Eventually the SP above will show the SP and it clearly does now at 11.90
As MrEMC2 says this figure will be an indicator for the start of the next day's trading that is 11.90 NOT the lower figure.

There has been so much going on about UT (uncrossing trade) over that past week. Do not take any notice of these as they really do not matter to us. The following was posted last week and it obviously had no effect.
UNCROSSING TRADES:-
At the closing of the auction the bids/offers are frozen and an attempt is made to match as many shares to be sold against shares to be bought - the result of this is what is known as the 'Uncrossing Trade' (UT).
This UT trade keeps both buyers happy - they both get their bid accepted but alas only the top seller gets their offer accepted.
Some say just do not worry about U/T as they do not count after the Market is closed they are :- UT: Uncrossing Trade - This is used for for the single uncrossing trade detailing the total executed volume and uncrossing price as a result of a SETS auction.

Correct me if I am wrong, so in the end do not worry about them as they will have NO effect to the Share price as far as we are concerned and not worth mentioning. This question has been going on for years and not many people understand what they are. They DO NOT matter.

How are you keeping have not spoken since the good old TW days back in 2018 I think.

Well IMO its not late to get into this fine company but it's a shame you did not get in a Month ago when it was under 8p. I can not give advice to buy but I have!! and very happy indeed with this board and GGP/ Newcrest. Have a read up on GGP and then make your mind up if you are happy to invest but read quick as you may not get many more chances to get in if you want to.

Hi all,
One noticable point I would like to make is, what a great w/e for so many 100's of posts and as far as I have not seen 1 negative post form the members that have joined together in a fabulous session of sharing each others opinions and thoughts.
This has been a one off as far as I have seen over the past few year's so thanks to all that have joined in, let there be many more to come.

I think you will find:-
He is refering to the personal tax allowance of £12300 and anything above is taxable, not the £20k yearly max investment.

WIth only a few working days now to go until possible update on or about the 11th June I am a little surprised that we have not seen a rush to the share shop for top ups so far today, maybe the buyers are still in bed waiting for the rush to ease, especially at these prices. 12p+ by close so they best get in quick IMO. :-))))))))))))))))
