Hey guys,

The reason there are many 1 mil deals is :-

1, I sold 2 separate 1 mill sells from my trading account and then :-
2, Bought 2 separate 1 mill buys into my ISA acc.

Better to have shares in ISA for sure especially longer term :-)

Yes I totally agree with your post and Rocks time will come for sure, when is the question. ATM its GGP's time and they are providing great results so far, let's just hope Rock go down very similar roads. Great stuff for sure. And good luck all holders, patience is the key.

We have not left at all but only temporary! and are on a wee hold at the moment. I have been in here for over 14 years and will never lose the faith, however there are times when you have to look at your investment ( and your cash ) not the faith, and do what you need to get a better deal at the time. Many on here will agree.

If they do go down under £1 BUY BUY BUY, and I assure you I will be back faster than ARNIE, remember i'Lll be back !!

Bamps Hey, yes took me back a bit when I read it.
My portfolio is now mainly GGP with 2 million ROCK but they are 55% down on paper atm and that's it.
My main objective now is to try and close my trading account then use my ISA for the longer term, fed up thinking about CGT. What I intend to do is reduce my trading account and put that cash into a savings investment then use that cash to Top up with my next years ISA full allowance, and do that for the foreseeable future, but cease any trading in the trading account as I will never get out of it if I continue.
I can not see me buying back into builders this year but might consider next year for divi investment only, TW, RDW & maybe BDEV as Nige suggested for a bit of fun.

Oh well off out now so have a great w/e and stay safe !!

I agree with Bamps could not believe that you intend to sell at a LOSS ???? IMO do not take any money out of your ISA that's for sure. GGP are my only main share now with 2 mil in Rock that are down over 50% so that's fence time so say the least but I will hold them as taking a knock for nearly £20k I will hold for the best outcome.
In regards to selling all your builders at a loss !! that shook me as I find it hard to believe with all your positive research / plans & math calculations on the future SP re house builders you did not see this fall coming over the past few months and acted accordingly?? Personally I think H/B's will suffer in the immediate future until this Virus is totally under control and God Know's how long that will take. I can not even advise you to hold and wait as it could get worse share price wise, I just don't know and that's the main reason I got out at 2.18 and put that money into GGP.
It is awful to even consider selling at a loss as GGP SP is now above 9p but could well pay off if you did sell and buy into GOLD & GGP but you will have to get your skates on as the SP is ready to blow with any good news or even a t/o / JV bid but that is totally down to you to decide to cut & run and invest elsewhere while the H/B are in this situation. GGP could fall back to 8's and that would be a great buy in price IMO if it does fall back, I have bought them at 8+ so that may be a clue. The other thing you could do is sit on your hands and wait for the SP to return as it has done in the past but ??????
You must make up your mind what is the best thing to do and I know its a very hard thing to do under these circumstance.

The very best of luck with what road you take but IMO keep any cash in your account's so you can move one way or the other.

Please tell us what you intend to do and good luck as I say and I am sure all the friends you have on this board will agree.
