Think its about time to sit back and let the GGP / NCM team do their thing as there has been a lot of opinions made but still speculation and guess work, however great posting over the week end and well worth the read and thought.
We do need an update from GH and some news on Scally that will shake the SP up together with a great broker rating that appears to be due very soon, and hopefully get onto and past 15p that is a real struggle ATM.

Afraid it is now a waiting game and back sitting on the fence until we get some news / RNS.

Great post and one of the best this week !!!! As you say "GH has a very astute business mind and will be discussing all of the various options at length with his team"
There has been so much "speculation, good postings and great discussions this w/e, as they say let the "Main Man" do his thing. GH is no fool and a large shareholder, remember that !!!!!! As the old saying goes, "don't c-ap on your own doorstep" and remember he said he would keep the shareholders protected, and many believe him.

Lets hope for a good week on the board and our way forward, its going to be a ride for sure.

Looking at your "3 posts" on the TW board where have you added any constructive and informative dialogue, NONE that I can see. These people you are on about are long term very respected members on this board and most work for Taylor Wimpey and most worked for Taylor Woodrow in the past including myself. So do us a favor and be a little more respectful on this close board.
