do we know for sure that we’re not shipping dev ore under an nda with the banks… as part of the settlement agreement… that’s dev’s 12th shipment wasn’t it… and we now into april2022…

i’m reading that slightly different…

phase 1 production capacity to be 50ktpa lohm… of which ganfeng have a 50% off take agreement (25ktpa)… effective production capacity of sonora 70ktpa lohm… does that then include phase 1 and 2 total… or just ganfeng’s 75% of phase 1 and 2…

i think there’s a jv opening in there for about 25%/25ktpa… phase 1 (50%) and phase 2 (0%)… that might just have someone’s name on it…

told you they’d bogof… doubled up on production capacity hey… wonder if they’ll use bcn’s feasibility study mine plan 35ktpa… or our scoping study mine plan 70ktpa… ;)

what is important to understand is that… whilst this is a purchase of shares from the jv company pba… the money is still effectively ours… it’s an investment… we’re not buying these shares off indo sino…

the cash raised then completes the dipb(2) $24m financing… as the agreed and approved jrp… and is then loaned to dev by pba… and is paid back (with interest) to pba by dev during the project… can’t remember ottomh what years…

dipa + dipb financing is $30m…

dipa $2.5m for 20% (100% $12.5m)…
dipb(1) $3.5m for 7% (100% $50m)…
dipb(2) $24m for 22% (100% $109m)…

less the $6m already paid…

the remaining dipb financing is $24m for 22% isn’t it… ref jrp… could go up if the rehabilitation costs were underestimated… could equally go down if the surplus profits in the stockpiles sales were underestimated… surely we’ll wait until the cost dynamics are such that it all stacks up as planned though… once we know how much $/t we need to be selling the stockpiles for to make it happen… if they don’t know that already…

which the value of same would be immediately reflected in our mcap in any case…

yep… seems pretty clear to me that we are funding this jrp… from start to finish… dipa dipb and arrangement of the dipc debt financing… but if the project isn’t viable… our $6m investment to date… is guaranteed with a $9m buy back clause… the ways and means for us to raise the remaining dipb equity financing are irrelevant… and will be up to us how we do it… as far as indo are concerned… directly or indirectly… should depend on our mcap and whether the value of the project is reflected in our sp at that time… if the project is viable and we’re in for the duration… we will fund the remaining dipb financing… if the project isn’t viable and we don’t fund the remaining dipb financing… indo sino buy us out of the project for $9m and find their own way to continue with the project without us…

i’m still not discounting that gerald may be involved in amapa in the long term… using some of the proceeds from their stockpiles as the project debt funding… who knows… maybe part of the equity funding we have lined up too… all part of the same jrp… more likely to have needed to be pledged already now we have seen that the courts have allowed the banks to take their cash in advance of the successful completion of the project rehabilitation… and dev continuing to ship gerald’s ore as a priority over dev’s ore… rather than the other way around was is implied in the jrp…

it will be interesting to see the comparisons between amapa and moonshine… contract mining… contract rail… you expecting us to fund these… maybe think again…
