metallurgical testwork for the pfs was carried out at production facilities owned and operated by jiangxi ganfeng lithium co.,ltd. (“ganfeng lithium”) in jiangxi province, china... the process testwork benefited from a close collaboration between ganfeng lithium and lithium americas’ respective technical teams...

ganfeng have the holy grail... understandable why they want huge resource...

did he say which subsidiary the project level investment would be coming in through... msb or another...

sonora lithium is the holding company for... Bacanora Chemco S.A de C.V.*... but...
as part of the strategic investment gfl would be granted the right to acquire an initial 22.5% interest in a subsidiary of bacanora which holds the sonora project ("project level company")... that’s msb to me at this present time...
i suppose it’s possible bcn could move la ventana into another subsidiary... for megalit and borate ownership reasons... so you could be right... i don’t see anything to suggest that transfer has happened yet though...

for ease if nothing else... when they come to exercise their 27.5% option for the additional 36,977,840 shares in msb... at the prevailing sp of bcn... that funds bcn’s remaining share of the plant costs... with no further significant dilution to bcn plc... and ganfeng’s own shareholdings in same...
at that stage... bcn’s mcap should reflect the value of sonora as other peers well into project development display... and will reflect some zinnwald value too...

i just did the math ob... acquire an initial 22.5% interest in a subsidiary of bacanora which holds the sonora project ("project level company"), for a cash payment of £7,563,649, equivalent to a price of 25 pence per share on the same basis as the private placement (the "project level investment")...

i’ve a feeling that our 30% of the mexilit jv is the overall 25% remaining from...
‘gfl would also have the option to increase its off-take to 75% of all lithium products during stage 2 of production’...

interesting that they have allotted / will be allotting the same number of shares in msb... as there are shares issued in bcn... ganfeng taking £7,563,649 @25p... or 22.5% of 134,464,871... 30,254,596 shares in msb... to go with their 57,600,354 shares in bcn plc...

i think the other offtake with sgrf expired... the 75% may be reference to another limitation...

i think we might be jimb... after a re-read... it does clearly state... additional long-term offtake for both stage 1 and stage 2 lithium production... the key word being additional...

stick one or more of these on sonora... with >9mt lce resource behind them...

in effect facilitating the deal... got to see this as a loss leader... farming ganfeng into la ventana/msb... unlocks the value of the jv’s for both bcn and kdnc... dilution is minimal compared to the 500m shares that bcn voted to issue for the funding... 50% la ventana and 30% bcn... as apposed to 80% of everything...
