by the end of june the secured bank creditors will have had an extra 6-months longer than they should have had... to either agree the settlement... or execute the guarantees they hold against the iron ore...

equally interesting is... if they did execute... it looks like they would owe rent on storage of their ore at the port(s)... and other expenses incurred... the petition put in by the chairman of the creditors... is if they don’t do one or the other... then the court needs to classify it as unsecured credit... the jrp has been approved by the courts already... so we’re not revisiting that in anyway... just releasing this deadlock... paralysis...

how much ore did you find missing from the stockpiles ob... interesting that at the bottom it refers to the ore as the guarantee... that could mean the banks will have to ship that themselves if they do execute their guarantees... as don’t settle...
