looks like the offer isn’t going to be market value even by today’s close... imagine what they’d need to start bidding at if they had to build their 1.2% current holdings up to their minimum 20% target... by on market purchases...

how do you know we didn’t... sell into the pfs... does this offer trigger the t/o code... shorts over 1% now need to be reported... even if covered... forms 8.5/8.5’s... or do they need to break 20% first...

obviously the value of the project is much more than the value of the debt... hence jrp and not bankruptcy... the message coming out of the court is that they need to settle and get things moving... or else... they get their loan money back on the same terms as everyone else... enough delays already... same message coming out of the labour courts... with more appeals just been thrown out again...

it’s not about the value of the project... it’s about the amount borrowed... amount owed... value of what the amount borrowed was spent on is worth now... how much you might get if auctioned... and when repayment will be made...

i’m sure we’ve considered all outcomes... the jrp has this one covered... 5.1.1.3 was it...

i’m happy with those milestones... more so now after monday’s rns confirmation that they’ve started mobilising...

4-weeks to mobilise... start moving ore on the 6th july (3,000t/day)... 45kt bulk ore carrier docks on 25th... start loading ore onto ship on 27th (9,000t/day)... ship sets sail full of 45,000t iron ore on 31st july...

maybe kiran is anticipating the banks won’t settle... could be a cheeky offer we’ve made... hence why dev filed the petition...

technically and contractually... i’d say we’ve started shipping the stockpiles already... albeit not physically... there’s no mention of loi’s in there... contracts have been placed... mobilisation has commenced... start on site imminent...

did you miss monday’s rns... trucking contractor has commenced mobilisation of equipment... other key contractors appointed including local shipping manager and shipping broker...

no news means no settlement... no settlement means back to court for a ruling...
