50ktpa isn’t stage 3... 50ktpa is plan b... or was that not the original plan a... and 17.5/35ktpa is plan b... so it’s 52.5ktpa for stage 3(b)... but has the same constraints as plan a... so don’t rule out a value engineered solution... not until you’ve seen it...
i’m not sure daz... it’s in the jrp for a reason... and this situation might be the very reason that was envisaged by the jrp... appreciate the conditions in the contract need to be drawn up and agreed... and there could be some too’ing and frow’ing between the various interested parties until a fair contract is finalised... but if how much is to be paid back and when is now agreed... why not proceed to the next stage on that basis... and get the project started... we have the next dip b financing milestone as another target date to get the contract agreed by...
