that’s where i think the courts need to step in and remove the suspension in place to protect the banks negotiation position... and invoke the previous ruling to start shipping... rather than declaring bankruptcy... notwithstanding our option to proceed at risk should that become the likely outcome...

as noted previously... the court doesn’t need to relegate them now... us having accepted the banks settlement proposal... the court only needs to facilitate the payments in line with the agreed settlement... (although listening to the agm... we do seem to have processed a number of documents already... so could very well be closer than you think)... maybe the banks are trading us down for a dip in themselves... easy picking for someone in their position...
