Hi that is the concern, no real dilution over the last three years. Dilution is still comming with the balance of equity and if failure to pay IDC before June 2021 the debt will transfer to equity . At current price Isuspect anther 30% . My quess at best is 20-30P if we get the mine build go ahead.If not we will see 2P

The real truth never seems to be told. They all were fat cats that made millions through compensation with a real gift of manipulation. Thus far we are the fools (follow like sheep). Sorry very blant but don't think I am wrong.

SANDMAN99 that is my concern . Everytime the Company spoke or spoken too it sounded promising, yet everything the last five years was promising. Though we know it should be , the real qeustion is when . To much money invested based on "promissing" etc.

I have spoken to the Company
1. Uitkomst did very well
2. IDC extended payment terms to June. Await signature for formal notice
3. PIC still in play , all required documentation supplied . PIC Meets end of month .Maybe beginning Feb
4. Still three names on short list. Company busy with T&C's re CEO , CFO . Not sure capacity or term.
5.Believe we can still break ground Q1 if we get funding soon.
6. Other SOE's and private funders interested and not limited to IDC or PIC
As we all know if not written it is not said
