Dear Hemming , you are 100% I am very negative as since day 1 , 2012 /2013 (stupid decision)We all had to endure all the great nonsence that has been sold . Yes Mr Brown have had a very tough task but surely in my opinion breech deceiving. Now it is awaiting game..... "I have said before this company was facing near bankruptcy in 2012 and then again all the way through to 2016 we experienced significant challenges to surviving as a company. 2017 was the first year of positive progress as the previous years were about cleaning up the mess. Reinventing a company from scratch is not a quick exercise and to be more precise even harder in the SA junior mining sector. We are moving forward, admittedly not as fast as shareholders would like or as fast as we would like. The overall objectives are still being pursued and we are hopeful that we will achieve all the objectives over the next 12 months."

Got a respond from Mr Brown, the long and short he came across very iritated reminding me that the company was cloce of being liquidated. In 2012 .The question of near term value which was :"promised "on a few sensus seem to a reality only in 12 months time then constructing the mine still ro come . With this kind of respond i can feel the tention with things bomy in the back ground .As like John Wallington and now wirh DB i think we are in for a very rough tine. Actually wish they sell the company to a Chinese cobsortium aganst real book value . These guys are only talk ,own money and the hell wirh those who supported the funds to keep ther big fat salaries going .Next investor meeting I will be there and i will be a very unpleasnt day for a few . I will tick there boxes for them .Bulshit time is over and they will be exposed .

The BOD still in close period? This will explain the manipulation. Deceiving and unethical behaviour. Vele on care and maintenance for how liong yet only now the impairment write off ,no small money why ? Again Deceiving and unethical. How many re evaluations , tick boxes more to come ? Nearly forgot BOD in close period . Hope they all sleep well with their big fat undeserved salaries.

R400k investment down to a R100k . Yet our CEO thinks it was positive with no bad news . Quoting not sure what you refer too reminding me that for the first time in the company we gave a cash generator mine . Onxe land is secured whuch i doubt will only be a matter of time as the tribes want land to farm there 3 cows and 10 mielies and don't care about the the weak economic. This company will be sold and hopefully we can get something back of our hard work earnings . @#$@$ this

Just a pitty that we all will be in our graves when this plan comes together far far to many issues to resolve . I like the ideas , the plan but also slowly making peace that my grand children might be the ones that possibly will benefit. Nothing more to lose in this Company even if it goes bang . Will not be surprised if it is the company itself. The volumes itself equal to the pre consolidation price is exceptional high . Does anyone know if BOD is in a close period ? If so fully explainable . Not fair to shareholders

Very simple and should be a no brainer . BOD is well informed re the Guptas coal mining activities and iwhat is on offer and at stake if not a front runner to take over at a very decent price ( on a plate ) then I think we are doomed. This could potentially be with land access the turn in the company for good .Let us hope iam right.

Very concerning , I would like to refer to the "Village Mainreef" story . All good and well , then share consolidation, then a miricle buy out , out of the blue "saving" shareholders. However board must still buy at this ridiculous low SP which will mostlikly double in short time to come .Although i bought in at a reasonable low price I am confident that i will make my money back with a few cents in the pocket .Was still a poor decision believing near short term was three to four years and not 10 years .Hopefully i am wrong and feel vert sorry for the investors that bought at R2.00 +(R40.00) at the time

Though the SP reflects good and cheap buying opportunity, I honestly think the BD has shown real poor integrity , everything is unraveling of near term share holder value yet the SP is nearly at a all time low . Consolidation seems like on big F..... Dawid Brown and Company catch a wake , become trueful and do something. This is nothing worse than a Steinhoff scenario. Very unhappy

I suspect the Company is holding the SP down waiting for an opening for the BOD's to get there share at a very very low price . The same news 2 years ago would have fetch R30.00 easily. Most people investing does have some savy so either we have 1 or 2 fools which I don't believe . This is manipulation and suspect the real value of the Company will only reflects true value 3 months after the BOD's got there share . Mark my words . This share will boom once the above happens.Still very optimistic

With all good news that has come and to be one can only believe that this shareprice is as a pure result of manipulation . Don't know what else to believe ?

WTF the Duke was correct . This share after all the "good news" is going bust . I thought a top up at 50c will bring cost down and give room for a small profit .For now that is gone again

What a lot of nonsense, learned if you cannot add value rather shut up , then less is more . Keaton why metioning it for possible closing the deal with a glind in the eye knowing there are still a lot of losing parts .It has been said we are engaging with other potential acquisitions but nothing said about them . We are all fools !!! I think most share holders will withdrew if they can only break even.
