When there is no truthful answer to a question it is called inside trading / information.
The fact is this Company have never being truthful
Our money has been diluted and personally think Coal in general have missed the date.
David have consolidated the share to attract institutional investors yet we are back in the penny share range ,my opinion another lie to desieve and hide the waste of our hard earned money.

I have spoken to the Company . The fact is the funds required is more than the original $9 mil . There is no relevant progress on getting the funds and are still looking at options. Rights issue is only a thought and will most probably not happen as shareholder approvel is required and further dilution will be the net effect.
I have made the choice to reduce my holding soon and invest in more lucrative markets where returns and integrity should be more acceptable.or at least more guaranteed.
I might just take the loss and place this under the stone I called the "kak idea" of 2011

We only need 10mil US on a massive asset development , why not doing a rights offer . Something not cozy.

Company not answering mails , not answering phone calls yet working from home(they must be tired of all the doing nothing) .REALY These guys is suppose to work and get things done and that from HOME( ha ha explains a lot). I am sure comes weekends social life flourish and COVID just another excuse for Monday to Friday Life is good as long as they get their huge salaries and advocating progress BS.
Deceitful Company . By the way it seems the only one working is the very friendly and polite Receptionists , unfortunately one dedicated swallow does not make a summer.

The cheaper the better for institutional investors. Reduce risk. My opinion the Company and or related.

What also boggles my mind is that everytime a decent buy is recorded that is is basically immediately followed up with 7.01 small sale . Just looks very suspicious considering that we will most probably be diluted at a poor / cheap buying in rate .
