There's a reason why so many trolls are here at the moment. They are actually fleecing you for your shares and picking them up for the likes of Winnifrith and his group, Odey, et al, they know the potential here, they know this could go as high as 10/20/30p in relatively short measure once production is under way and revenue appearing from both outlets, so don't let them fool you, they're the ones that are aiming to make money here by buying the stock in its millions.

I still think the signing ceremony will coincide with our 10th anniversary, and then all systems go after that. Fingers crossed.

I read a few years ago on here, an investor who had bought a gold share from memory, around 15 years ago at something like 10p a share, right in its infancy, 10 years later the share price was £9 ps! He said he held whilst watching everyone else bailing, but he was glad he had the courage of his conviction, as it had made him a multi-millionaire!

It's so obvious, patience is required, nothing more. They have the permission for the processing plant construction so they just need the signing ceremony out of the way and then get the plant built asap and start production. The TG would not have given permission if they thought the company could not achieve a decent level of production, what would be the point? they would just be sat there with an idle processing plant building doing nothing, so the TG clearly are of the opinion and must be in the know that the company can achieve a sustainable level of production in order for the processing plant to be built and jobs secured.

CP, I'm not too worried, I think finance will be coming along from the TG, and this unfortunate interim measure with the placings etc, is just a temporary blip until everything is signed and sorted with the TG. If the TG don't offer us a decent loan, then I would be surprised, it's in their interests to help out at this stage and to get things moving so that they start seeing profit themselves. Any thoughts anyone else?

Helium One Global Ltd was founded in 2015 and is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, so I'm betting on the signing ceremony being next month on the anniversary date. Champagne corks at the ready.
