Hi LetItbe :) yep, he was.
You risking a run up on this and then out? could be tempted as I'm beginning to turn to the dark side, trouble is I'm not a part of the inner sanctum to know when the whistle blows to start offloading. Would like to join though, as it seems to be the only way to make money these days :)
Dave Wall organising an event at The Brewery in late summer 2016. Part of an email he sent to me, not marked private and confidential, so this is what he and this Board think of anyone investing here imo.
"Please don't send an open invite out as we may end up with a bunch of non shareholding free loaders! Discrete contact outside of public forums with people you know personally is of course fine and if they are holders then they are more than welcome.
There are no tickets to this event!
The brewery package does include security though so at my election people can be denied entry or ejected."
That said it all to me, and that is when I exited. For a managing director to state he would be happy to "eject" people from a meeting who are bona fide shareholders who might legitimately want to enquire what the hell was going on with the company and what Basinksi had said tells you that they don't want you asking pertinent questions. I didn't attend.
my views, but it is very much a nasty "lifestyle" company.
And there's no game on my part Sharebel as you put it, I was in this heap of junk and thankfully got out without too much damage, but look at it, 25.1bn shares, for an aim listed company, with an sp of 0.21p, it's a total farce, and you know it.
my views of course but it's not difficult to see.
If the pumpers raise this people, get out before they pile out and sink it again for you. imo.
Sharebel, why don't you answer my question about you posting false information about commercial oil which is a blatant lie? Answer it. Admit you made that falsehood up. People can see through you, you've been around long enough pumping and dumping.
Sharebel, you say "2nd commerical oil discovery", please point to me where it says it is a "commercial oil discovery" anywhere? It states "Commercialisation options to be advanced in parallel, including farm-out to a strategic development partner and/or early, capital-lite production, given proximate infrastructure advantages (Hickory-1 next to Dalton Highway and Trans-Alaskan Pipeline System (TAPS))." which is a totally different scenario.
Paul Basinski let slip in 2016 that they know they have no prospect of commercial oil in North Alaska as the majors have already crawled all over it and bled it dry. There's nothing there. A thimble full, or rather a glass test tube with some black treacle in is nothing, how do you know it's even real? this is the problem when everyone wants to believe the fairytale and doesn't start asking questions about the actual truth. How much money is it going to cost for them to produce nothing? How many more shares will there be flooded on to the open market? It's another aim failure that's producing fat cat salaries all for very little, or as someone else very succinctly put it, it's a lifestyle company, and that perfectly sums it up. 8 years and nothing and yet people still suck in newbie investors who won't understand the history.
My views, but people need to start asking proper questions of the company, what further expenditure do they envisage over the next 1-5 years (for producing nothing), how many more shares are they going to flood on to the market, diluting existing shareholders to the very bottom of nothing, why don't the directors give up their salaries in lieu of shares instead to show solidarity with shareholders? it's a never ending piece of string this one, just like all the others that have de-listed in the end!
My views of course, but I was in this shambolic share long ago and glad I got out when I did.
Time spouting the same rubbish when the company has failed to produce anything and paid an extortionate amount of your money to directors who just sit on their backsides as wall did, and if you were at The Globe in early 2016, you'd know how rotund he was! They've produced nothing, never will imo, and they've 25.1bn shares in issue, and are probably about to issue a load more on to the market! Get a grip people, get a grip. If you're money isn't working for you, take it to somewhere where it will work. As the world stands at the moment, it's better to keep taking profit from where there is profit, and not parking it in to something long term which is highly likely to fail in this case.
my views.
Take a look at the other stocks I comment on, see any ramping there in particular? no, you won't. Yes, I was positive, and got swept along when the sp was hurtling upwards and I got in at 15-17p, and also because for a year I'd been buying goods from HC, so I thought of the second time of asking JD would in fact buy the company out this time around, but it wasn't to be, so get over it, and stop trying to blame me, blame JD, we'd all be very happy if he had done it and the sp would now be at new highs no doubt!
Morning Atisha, hope you're well? I'm booking a complete body scan today hopefully with VISTA. Would recommend it to anyone so as to get yourself checked out once in a while. Not cheap, but worth it for peace of mind. VISTA are excellent, I've used them before, and they report back really fast and they use their own GP pool to do the referral.
Been trying out the nicotine patches for long covid improvement. Never smoked, but found a research paper that showed excellent results when participants used 7.5mg nicotine patches for 7 days. I'm on day 6! Not suggesting everyone try it, and it might not work!
Did anyone realise there were "profound similarities between highly nAChR affine toxins (ie from snakes of the Ophiophagus (cobra) and Bungarus genera, the G-ectodomans of three Rabies lyssavirus (formerly Rabies virus) (RABV) strains...." in SARS-CoV-2? I'm convinced the Chinese manufactured it as a form of germ warfare and unleashed it on the world. I think I posted the source before but it's a research paper by Marco Leitzke.
Anyhow, I digress, yes, mainly in the FTSE stocks, (even though this is/was FTSE!), Pru and RR although both having a bad day, yet were motoring yesterday! and ECR for a gamble as an aim stock, but it's showing promise, and a few others, all in the red today, apart from ECR!
What has happened here has been a disgrace, but then when you think on it, perhaps it is no surprise. The man simply makes money to feather his own pocket to keep his rambling mansion and extravagant wife in play! About sums it up really. My views, but wishing you, and anyone else still in this, the very best of luck. There's no guarantee that the administrators will allow JD to buy it, Hilco will have a say in that! Hilco are in charge. They work with the administrators as I mentioned before. GLA.
Did anyone realise there was
