DimitryReacts, what a clown! Firstly, they announced in March 2015 they had two interested parties for MT. Where is the proof? 2019, no sale. 2019 WH irelands walk, why? shareholders weren't told. They went without notice. What did they come across that they didn't like? lengthy suspension ensued as no Nomad. Nomad turns up last minute. What is he being paid for the privilege of bailing the company out of the abyss? where did Alexei Boucherer go with all his hints at NN and a sale on twitter? company has hardly been complicit when an employee was going to those lengths to fool investors. Alexei Churakov mysteriously sells a vast amount of shares and the company says nothing, only to later say they didn't know! In the meantime, litigation is brewing with Queeld, one of the biggest investors in Eurasia yet the company fail to inform investors. The sp rises on the premise of sale and the Nomad joining in stating a massive dividend was likely, thus encouraging investors and new investors to bolster the coffers. This enables the company to do a raise at around 26p, they must have counted their lucky stars, and a mystery investor obliges, whose identity has never been revealed. Mac and mates, having run the sp up, then drop it like an earthquake, as they have done in the past elsewhere. They departed long ago, but kept the rhetoric going to fool the rest. Then there's another suspension albeit short with something happening with Dmitry and Dmitry is 'removed' from the Board and appears to have gone off to Hong Kong to do his own thing, and has deleted all reference to Eurasia on LinkedIn. The list goes on, the sp is like a lift descending quickly in the lift shaft from 43p to 2p and the Board says nothing because they can't. Even today they can't say they know no reason as such, they just say the cash position hasn't changed, but that can't be so, as how are the lawyers, and employees of Eurasia being paid, how are the directors being paid then? and where is the $35 mill raised for the Rosgeo JV? The list is endless, so if the company want to take me to task, a shareholder who has lost a considerable amount of capital through all these shenanigans, and if they want the cost of further litigation, so be it, but I think they seem to be in enough hot water as it is, and if they take me to task, it's your money as shareholders they are wasting, yet again. I feel I have every right to feel aggreived, nothing has been straight forward here, and nothing has come to fruition. And I'm quite happy to drag Mac in to the quagmire, I have enough dirt on Mac to do so, including an email sent to me by someone who was at a private dinner that he was at with Mac by a certain company, attended by Mac and his disciples, when a company spokesman, I hasten to add not this company, made it very clear that shareholders were being totally misled and the company were fully aware of this. The FCA were informed.
