RE: They did not last long4 May 2023 13:32
Del, the company never intended to sell anything. March 2015 they stated they had two interested parties for the sale of MT, yet nothing happened. They then went on to raise monies from unsuspecting investors, giving it large that they had interest, one preferred party, special dividend likely, Nomad joining in and bigging it up about a massive dividend when he should have done his job and kept his trap shut, in the meantime Churakov was messing about with his shares and company said they weren't aware (oh yeh!), the mystery investor, why were investors never informed who it was? the mysterious resignation of Irelands as Nomad, and without notice, the nail biting down to the wire to find another Nomad, and this shower comes on Board, the raising of the $35 mill which seems to have disappeared without trace, the splitting of the nickel business in to subsidiary companies located offshore in Cyprus, monies being held offshore in Cyprus, the 'disappearance' of Dmitry who is busy in Hong Kong with his investment company and makes no mention of Eurasia any more on his linkedin profile, the involvement of the State, the monouvrability of assets, and monies, strangely just before the war was announced, and the litigation commenced, and the removal of Dmitry from the Board at that time. Then, ongoing litigation which not once did the company inform investors about from 2018 to 2022, when having had enough, Mispare and Queeld issued High Court proceedings. As if that wasn't enough, then another High Court case appears against the company by Logik and Logik Ltd. It's a sad state of affairs, but the more you open your eyes, the more it becomes evident that investors were had and this was simply a vehicle for raising monies for the Board and management teams own pockets. If they had a shred of credibility left they would at the very least relinquish their huge salaries until the war is over and there is something concrete to report on a sale, but they won't even do that. Finally, Del has managed to pin point the fact of an inaccuracy, and no doubt the Board were waiting for this, and the Nomad will be the scapegoat, which I suspect has been the plan all along. That means suspension, and it won't come back. And the FCA continue to protect no-one in the quagmire infested swamp called AIM!
