I honestly can't see her staying in post for long, to all intents and purposes you'd think she would be winding down! However, looking at this Guardian report from a good few years ago it sets out briefly what she does, and it does make me wonder if rather than boosting marketing for THG, whether she will be boosting it for someone else in a transition period. If Man Utd is bought out by Al Thani, I'm certain he will be looking for lucrative sponsorship deals. Someone I know works for the Al Thanis and I know a bit about how they work, and they want their hands on everything they can get whilst the Russians are out of town so to speak!

Sue Farr will be 67 this year. I suspect she's only in this for a transition. I'm trying to see if there is a connection between her and the Qataris as Al Thani is determined to take Manchester United, and could therefore change the sponsorship deals to include his own company such as 'Myprotein', if he were to take some or whole of THG. It might be wild conjecture, but I have a gut feeling the Qataris are involved here.

sorry, trouble locating thread, reason being about Blackstone, they are seasoned rivals of Apollo, and if you read about Blacktstone, they are moving more in to buying in to scientific arena, so with MyProtein etc, the way Blackstone are moving, it might well be that they would be interested to come in and trump Apollo may be and may be CitySpy was hinting at this?

and are you all going to report Tygra for that? Is it any wonder some people are venting their frustrations and now pointing out the time has been and gone? Always on point Tygra, but you missed out an essential element in to the mix, there are now two sets of litigation against the company as well, which if one or both are lost, could prove very costly, and where will the money come from to pay for that?

No need for that. It was a legitimate enquiry. Note in respect of international cooperation in respect of ......, civil justice...." This case involves the territory of Cyprus so it is international in nature and is a civil matter hence why it is currently in the domain of the High Court. So it was a valid query, even if wrong, for which I have apologised, which is more than most of you lot do.

pwlx the parties are out of the jurisdiction plus the case relates to share certificates appertaining to russian assets, so it's very plausible it might be referred to the JHA, but I can't see the order and don't have a subscription, so wasn't aware who was acting for Mispare and Queeld.
