In short, you can expect the disruption in the Gulf to fan out in the broader world with every day that goes by.

But the consequences are even more severe for those trapped inside the Gulf. In a perfect world, they would have enough pipelines to get their oil out of the Gulf, but in practice, there is nowhere near enough pipeline capacity. The upshot is that without tankers to ship their oil, the crude coursing up from under the ground in Saudi, Kuwait, Iraq and Abu Dhabi will have nowhere to go.

I think you're right Stan, if this war carries on for the next few weeks, HE1 would do well to sell out to a Major who can get the stuff out of the ground quickly, perhaps retain a minor interest for the benefit of shareholders, but release most of the company to a Major, and I would hazard 10p if they do that, as they're going to make an absolute fortune the way things are going. MCNol could well be right, there might have been a Beluga Whale in our midst!!

Wouldn't mind seeing HE1 then taking out Quantum, as Quantum is also in Colorado. HE1 could do very well out of the US, if it plays its cards right. Whatever, it's going to be a very interesting ride :)

We've got enough gas for two days, and that's it! Iran said it wasn't going to hit the Middle East with missiles any more, and 3 hours later, did so! China is supplying them with the missiles. It was rumoured 3 days ago that Iran will target Middle East energy and desalination plants so as to cut off drinking water. This is getting serious now for the Middle East, people are going to start dying from dehydration if those desalination plants are hit, and I think one has been hit today in Qatar, although it was rumoured they would target Dubai.

Time for the UK to start re-working North Sea Gas, and however much some will detest it, fracking. We need to be self sufficient again.

Helium One needs to get a move on, there's never been a better time for them to get this stuff out of the ground, and sold. They need to capitalize on the situation, as dreadful as it is.
