He1 has so many shares in circulation it will be difficult for the majority to get out and sell on news. It will go down tomorrow. They need to raise, that is without doubt, and it's aim listed, so quite some liabiity there with it. MMs might well have already priced in a small rise on the news today there in any event. Question here is whether to throw more in.

Pleased for everyone, but they are now going to have to raise capital without a doubt. Best of luck and hope you get a decent rise, although I suspect many will sell on this news if MMs don't lock all and sundry out. GLA.

Earl, your post of 1am refers to an article wherein the very heading states 'takeover'! LOL. However, a CVA has been mooted, that cannot be denied, but I think CVA would feel like an abject failure to Dunkerton, and I think he will avoid that route at all costs. I'm hoping he's quickl gobbling up that extra 3-4% so as to make an offer pronto, and swoop on taking Superdry private. It's his baby, always was, always will be, it's in his DNA. May be he can rebrand as DNA?!

Slightly concerning, or are they trying to save money so as to make a decent offer here? the days of retail stores are over in reality, everyones happy to shop from the comfort of their sofa and pay for returns rather than trudge the high street. Dunkerton needs to move fast to get the business operational as a total online store imo. The customer base is much wider online obviously. He just needs Idris to front a massive campaign for him whilst he gets things sorted :)
