Ps if it goes on the basis of his highest paid sp at 79p, then that would have been May 2023, which is why I mentioned yesterday, that may be he was trying to hang in until then, and then produce a much reduced final purchase of that 4%, but I need to look up in the takeover code whether it goes on highest sp for the last 52 weeks which will end early March 2024 for the £1.33, or highest paid sp for JD in the last 52 weeks which was the 79p in May 2023. Others seem to think it's the highest paid sp for JD.

Morning Atisha, I still think JD was hoping to remain under the radar at this stage, with the sp where it was at around 15p last week, and await to top up ater the 52 week high had gone on 3 March, therefore giving him the chance to net the 30% and make an offer at around 15p per share, but I doubt there will be much hope of that now, and I think he will have to move pretty quickly if he wants to take it. Just my musings. And yes, I normally drink mint tea, but I need the caffeine! Best of luck, let's see what tomorrow brings. We might get an rns confirming that 4% has been reached! :0

Bfd, I called out the red flags long ago on eurasia and was right, they have nothing to sell never have had, they don't own the minerals that lie under the ground, they are not mining, they have no revenue, and they mysteriously forgot to mention to shareholders that they had got themselves embroiled in 3 sets of high court actions, one of which they didn't pay their lawyers who dug them out of a hole, and subsequently issued a WUP against them. They have survived, but are clearly hanging on by a thread imo. The red flags were there long ago, and you know I called it right a long time ago also.

I suspect JD is nearing the 30% required so as to make a formal offer. I think his plans were slightly thwarted in that he might have hoped to keep things under wraps until early May when he may be thought a final buy of shares at the time might be below his current highest price in the last 12 months of 79p, but alas, I think the rush will be on now to take that last 3/4% regardless and to make a formal offer to shareholders. imo. Let's hope so. I hope he can retain it, revamp/rebrand it privately, and take it high end. He will not let it go imo.

Hi Atisha, I awoke at 3am, read your message as was so excited I couldn't get back to sleep. On my third coffee already! I've read copious more articles on JD, including his vision for superdry in 2019, and its abundantly clear imo he is not going to let this go. What's your view? might there be a collaboration with Ralph Fitzgerald on the cards by any chance? another reason to re-brand superdry and take it high end? There are so many star studded connections between them all! I'm sure JD is a very interesting character, probably not an easy one so to speak, but quite shrewd. I honestly can't see him letting this go and I'm sure he has plans!

I think I'd buy the Superdry stuff if he re-branded it Supertoff! Rather fitting don't you think? Perhaps I could be the mascot?! Can't wait for Monday, I'm wondering whether to throw some more in to it! Decisions decisions.
