Now they're at it with the small trades to get the share price up, then then it all starts again if no news by Monday, and they will start selling and down we will go again. It's so so manipulated beyond belief, and this is why the Nomad should have suspended until 29 March or whatever the new date will be for Dunkerton to PUSU by, and kept the share price stable until then, whereas instead, we have the constant manipulation by the shorters and associates. Absolute disgrace.

I was hoping he might bid £1 ps which would then slam the door on any hostile bids I think. Anything below £1ps I think will leave the door ajar and that risk. imo.

Shorts are going long, sickening really, as they've forced the share price down, and are now getting in low, but at least evolve won't get to his 22p hopefully!

I hope you enjoyed your day at the races, even if it was a bit soggy, and El Fabio fell so early on in the Queen Mother Stakes but elated to see Rachel Blackmore win. Hopefully, Willy Mullins will reach that 100th winner today :)

Whilst I didn't expect the Nomad to suspend, it's quieter here for now :) Shorts need to close, the final day of the races tomorrow! Not sure what Jefferies are up to though, have they increased their short?

Anyway, good luck to us all, the genuine and the brave that we are :) We're counting on you Julian Dunkerton, we've fought the good fight and are counting on you to bring this home with a decent offer for the genuine and just when the rabblement least expect it, more fool them!

Morning to the genuine and thank you for the kind words.

Firstly, you despicable people like Dean01, Scotty, and the rest, you say you are not invested, so what are you doing here other than to disrupt?

Secondly, it's none of your business why I was out for a few hours yesterday morning, I said I had a meeting, in fact I was at Wandsworth County Court as I'm suing someone over breach of contract, so I had an allocations hearing to attend before District Judge Parker. As I say, it's none of your business in reality. Do any of us ask where you lot are when you disappear for hours on end or even days at some points?

Thirdly, there is clearly manipulation, and if the Nomad does not suspend, then I'm going to make a complaint about the Nomad to the FCA and ask the FCA to investigate, although we all know the FCA are useless in reality.

SO NOMAD GET THE SHARE SUSPENDED DUE TO A DISORDERLY MARKET NOW AND INVESTIGATE FROM WHERE ALL THE SMALL TRADES ARE COMING FROM TO BRING THE SP CRASHING DOWN PLEASE. IT'S NOT FAIR TO GENUINE INVESTORS TO WATCH THIS HAPPEN DAY AFTER DAY AND THE EVIDENCE IS THERE AS CLEAR AS DAYLIGHT TO SEE.

Argue all you want but you're actually making a case out against yourselves from the way that you are protesting and trying to discredit me, it is clear you are doing it otherwise you would stay silent.

As I say, Nomad has a duty to suspend when there is a disorderly market and there is a disorderly market because each day genuine investors are being met with a group whose objective is clearly to get the share price down, no doubt about it, and the trades themselves are evidence of this, so the Nomad needs to suspend and investigate why and how this is being done, from which market makers are participating in it, which brokers are allowing the small trades through on Superdry and from what accounts. The Nomad has the power and he should utilise it imo. It won't take him long to obtain the information as he has the power to do so and he also has the power to pass any findings over to the authorities who can then decide whether prosecutions should be pursued.

so the Nomad needs to get a handle and quickly on the disorderly market conditions that have been occurring here during the past few weeks, especially the number of small trades which are being utilized to sway the share price in a downward trajectory imo.

The Nomad needs to get a handle on it. Only way to do that is to suspend and investigate.

And needs to be investigated. The Nomad can easily look at the trend and how orders have been placed for small amounts of sells just before close and on and off throughout the days trading. Nomad needs to step up. It's his job.

Due to market manipulation, which the Nomad should actively do something about.

Would the NOMAD please consider a trading suspension as there is clearly market manipulation going on here, and whilst you're at it, have these multi monikered clowns here investigated. Time they were stopped.
