If people don't post with quotation marks and name the source of their posting/link, then their posting isn't valid as clearly it isn't stated word for word. People should ignore postings that state they are making a point from something but then it isn't in quotation marks.

I actually posted this Dean01, and before fordy posted the same thing but just slightly altered by him. What I posted is straight from the TakeOver Code.

Rule 2.6c of the Code for those who are too lazy to look it up themselves.

"The Panel will normally consent to an extension of a deadline set in accordance with Rule 2.6(a), or any previously extended deadline, at the request of the board of the offeree company and after taking into account all relevant factors, including:

the status of negotiations between the offeree company and the potential offeror; and

the anticipated timetable for their completion.

Where the Panel consents to an extension of a deadline, the offeree company must promptly make an announcement setting out the new deadline and commenting on the matters referred to in paragraphs (i) and (ii) above."

Gaz, I sold some of my shares to take out a 50k profit not a 50%, I took a 50k profit, but still had a large proportion of my shares in tact. I then put the 50k back a few days later because I could have kicked myself for taking it out. Since then I have held, and I've added all the way up to 38p and down again, the last lot of buys being today at around 28p marker. Not that it is any of your business, and you don't hold so why don't you just toddle off and annoy others elsewhere rather than here where, as I say, you have absolutely no holding, and are only here to be a menace on behalf of another.

Actually Gaz you are wrong, for me, its actually gone up from where I started buying at 15p!

Good evening Munichmann, the bid will come, I am certain of it, in the interim, the rabblement will do their utmost to drive the sp down further and I'll keep picking up, as I'm sure many will. I see the Dunkertons are out with the crowds tonight at 131, and I'm sure they will be celebrating, even more so at the end of the week! They also had huge media covering tonight on the fashion stakes, especially Jade, but they are all appearing in media outlets, as Idris is with them. Mail Online, Independent, and Telegraph already have articles, The Standard also I think. Dunkerton is wearing his usual gear, shame really, because if he had a SuperDry t-shirt on under his coat, I'm sure it would be a hit. If you're talking about me revealing my holdings etc Gaz you will have seen I've declared various purchases along the way, and I've now started calling out my buys before they even show as that is the best way of being honest, as people like you, if you were to show your holdings from a broker account, which you don't have anyway, will photoshop them, just like you have done using other monikers on other shares over the years!

Funny how you lot follow me around like a bad smell, iknownuffin has a number of monikers no less! never mind all the rest of them including GMF78, the failed director, and his son, then there's LH, the wanted man in Wales who allegedly utilised a number of claim loss clients funds for other purposes, pretending to live it up in Dubai, shorting away on here, just a whole bunch of crooks, some of whom have served some time at HMP for various misdemeanours no less.

entirely my views of course, but the continual carp that I take on here tells me that I am right and I'm not the only one who has pointed it out no less!
