Superdry’s Store sales rose by 14.3% to £117.7m in H1, driven by strong demand for womenswear, denim and jackets."

Sheltie, the revenue has been on the up as I posted last week, it has risen, as the post last week was about increased revenue for 2023, and how about this one too?

The only thing is they are not holding any shares, they are shorting using someone elses shares which they will have to buy back, so set them alight JD, it's over to you to light the touch paper and fuel the flames.

The Kellets increased their holding only recently to 2,046,442 shares being 2.06% and paid between 39.4p and 40.5p for the additional shares.

Also, Salazar is still holding his purchase of 1,000,000 shares being 1% as far as we are aware.

Dunkerton is also holding just short of 27 million shares still.

So they all appear pretty confident still.

The Hilco loan facility relates to SuperDry, it does not relate to JD personally and how he takes the company forward if he takes over. JD could easily buy out shareholders himself from his own finance no doubt and take a finance loan to restructure only which probably wouldn't be that much in the whole scheme of things. If he personally carried out the financing of buying out shareholders, he would no doubt easily get funding from other sources for what remains to be funded after that.

Atisha, didn't you state something about a loan may be from Jade's company of around 40 mill? may be JD could raise some dosh that way? I do think they might 'collaborate' which you alluded to.

Coxon SuperDry already have a loan facility with Hilco, it's been in place for a while.

At least Liberum have bought more than one share for today's RNS! :)

And whilst there is no bid yet, there is every potential for a bid, as indicated by the "bid situation" created by JD and which still remains in situ.

Sorry, been reading all the comments about the supposed 'fake' photo of Kate and the kids! Now that is a farce! I did think it strange that Kate didn't have her rings on, but then again, who really wants to wear the engagement ring of a dead woman, especially when your anxiety ridden as to whether history might repeat itself, as Harry is, and then there's Louis's crossed fingers, and a very strange bodily position for Kate! What on earth is the world coming to? It's bad enough Putin has a body double or two, but you can actually spot them, it's not difficult! :) Perhaps JD should have a body double seen going in to the bookies and placing a very large bet for Friday's Gold Cup, wearing a SuperDry Rosette! :)
