3) Why would the Company seek administration when they have monies due in from an IP sale in the coming months?

5) Why would Julian Dunkerton want to lose nearly £9 million pounds worth of shares as they currently stand at an sp of say 0.33p? that would be financial suicide on his part.

6) Why have the Kelletts just increased their shareholding by 100% to over 2 million shares if they didn't have confidence in the outcome here, bearing in mind they are seasoned business people?

7) Why has the guy in Monaco recently purchased 1 million shares, after Julian Dunkerton announced his intention to bid?

I could go on, but quite frankly, why waste my breath on idiots who are working on behalf of some broker who is scared their shorts could burn at any moment!

By the way, Bucketman sensibly raised about 29 March, and as it is Good Friday and the stock exchange and rns system will be non-operational, I've emailed to ask the stock exchange what's the score if notification hasn't been received by close of business the night before. No doubt they will speak with the TakeOver Panel who will probably, at a guess, extend the deadline to 5pm April 2nd.
