Just rang HL, no sign of it resolving as yet, and you can't access any funds to transfer to anywhere!

Jacobs was at Addax although there is nothing to suggest he was involved with what went on there, but it wasn't pretty.

I only leveraged down considerably yesterday because I don't see this moving anywhere for awhile and I do think borrowing could become a little more of an issue for the company, I would have liked to have seen an rns that stated what it has, but also, that Cope had decided to stand down, so as not to hinder progress, but that's just my take on it, it's just for me, it's become slightly more higher risk, that's all. For others, well, you know it's AIM, and it's obviously your decision and your money. Still waiting for HL!

Brookie, I was on it at 7am on my PC, it was working then! Looks to me like someone didn't do the back up from the previous night, and they only discovered it at 7.30am! Could take hours!

I reckon the teaboy! forgot to do the backup last night at HL!

I then saw others saying they couldn't log on so tried my PC and it said "experiencing technical issues", yet my iphone states "scheduled maintenance". They've been locking people out for weeks first thing on popular shares with NT, now they appear to have moved up the anti, and are just locking all the retail investors out full stop. My views.

Been going on for weeks with NT first thing on popular shares. Looks like they've upped the anti HL, and are now just locking out per se for however long they feel like. So annoyed, as I meant to photograph my account last night. Keep photographing your accounts regularly folks, or running them off, especially with the world as it is right now! I hope those affected will be sending in copious amounts of complaints to HL.

Nope I haven't FUBAR, I saw they were mentioning about HL being offline! It's been happening too much of late with HL, blocking people from being able to trade first thing. Instis and fund managers getting the preference these days imo, retail investors at the bottom of the pecking order as usual!

You watch, HL will be back on around 8.20am, after all the instis and fund managers have been allowed to trade!

Hey Punter, thanks, think it might come to that! How much do they charge per transaction? Most of my stocks are in a stocks and shares ISA so would need to move on new tax year, which is soon!

HL have been shutting people out on popular stocks first thing for weeks. My phone says "Scheduled Maintenance", who on earth does scheduled maintenance when the market is about to open? I was logged in okay at 7.30am on my PC, but just refreshed that, and that is now gone. Speaks volumes imo, shareholders are being shut out deliberately.

Bit rich from you Blubay! My decision was only made yesterday afternoon. I've held relentlessly through this, even lost money, like others, still hope for those still in that it will come good, but until they remove the despots from the Board, imo, and it's only my opinion, I think they've got problems. I said a year ago that Jacobs should be out, and now there's Cope, which the annoying 1 poster was alluding to, something isn't quite right there with either, and I will refrain from comment, but yesterday, something told me something wasn't quite right. I'm not saying I won't re-enter, but at the moment, I just think the % chance of this moving forward has dropped a little too much for me. As I said yesterday, preserve some cash in my view!

Absolute tosh and you know it Blubay. Problem is you bought back in and now you're stuck unless you place your order before open and hope it gets executed pronto. I sold most of my holding yesterday. Some people might not like conspriacy theories, granted, but usually, when you hear things, theres some truth in them somewhere. As I said yesterday, preserve some cash, these are very strange times. Best of luck to those still holding, I hope the dream comes true, but I'm virtually out. If it drops right down, I might buy a few back, but my patience has run thin with HE1, they refuse to get rid of the issues at Board level, Cope, and Jacobs. My views.

It's an "insolvent Creditors Voluntary Liquidation of Eneraqua" MCNol. Sadly, it will affect HE1 as she is a Director and they are seeking a strategic partnership which will involve funding. Mud sticks. The Board need to remove her, and get rid of Jacobs. The fear for shareholders now is whether HE1 will go the same way if they can't get funding. As I said yesterday, these are strange times, so preserve some cash!

Well that will put the brakes on any funding. She and Jacobs both need to go. The Board need to get rid of Cope pronto.
