Had this argument many a time, there is nothing to stop a person or persons marketing themselves as a PR business and ramping the company and the share price, and being paid for it. Thus, the likes of Aberdeenman who allegedly did a PR deal with several aim companies and ramped the sp to death with his cohorts means that the sp can rocket out of the stratosphere when the rampathon is in full swing. Look how they marched the eurasians up the hill from nothing to 43p and then back down again! so anything is possible, regardless of actual true worth. imo.

They will have to have signed some sort of deal, whether it's signing a contract for debt to raise further funds, or a JV, so nothing wrong to hazard a guess on that front as it's got a 99% chance of being right imo!
