I've never seen Leno provide any links to help peeps with, or anything concrete, and surprise surprise, not, they always prey on the women folk whom they perceive as an easy target. Kammy was trading this share a few months back, and now he's trying to convince everyone otherwise. Leno's losing a lot of money in eurasia, but by the same token, he ramped it so much, he's drawn a lot of other people in who are also under water no doubt and unlikely to see any return.

Anyone who says there will be a problem with the licences, I think that's unlikely. I had a wobble regarding that myself as you know, but then I remembered, Tanzanite is mined in Tanzania, it is one of the most sought after stones as it's so rare and retails at around 1k per carat. The TG have made a fortune off the back of that for 26 years +, so when I thought about that it settled my mind, they want the money, and they need our expertise. my views.

At the risk of repeating myself, the State own everything underneath the ground until it is extracted, once extracted, it becomes the property/ownership of whoever holds the mining licence, giving them the entitlement to sell the same, from memory. What lies in any agreements, such as JV agreements, as to % division of profits and costs etc, is a separate thing of course.
