I am responsible for leading HR initiatives across teams in Brazil and the UK. My role involves working closely with all areas of the company to build a high-performing team and support their development, which includes recruiting top engineering, design, marketing and sales talent, managing staff professional development and wellbeing programs, and helping to resolve HR issues. I play a crucial role in developing a comprehensive people operations strategy, reporting to the company leadership team.
β’ Lead recruitment initiatives and develop a comprehensive people operations strategy for our growing company, including recruitment workshops for the leadership team and A-Z hands-on on the open positions. Design and implementes modern, high-performance recruitment processes and practices for all roles in London, Brazil, and other countries.
β’ Implement the OKRs methodology and performance cycle process to drive employee alignment with company goals and objectives.
β’ Oversee the company employee performance review process and ensured all employees set clear goals based on company and departmental objectives. Lead the calibration meeting to evaluate each team member.
β’ Establish a strong company culture that aligned with the organization's values. Lead internal communication and initiatives such as happy hours, celebrations, tech talks, etc.
β’ Provide one-to-one support and professional development coaching to team members.
β’ Embed personal development plans into the organization, scaled out career progression frameworks.
β’ Ensure HR documents, handbooks, and HR systems were kept updated.
β’ Creation and dissemination of company policies such as time-off, working from home, internal referrals, etc.
β’ Establishing and leading effective people processes including company onboarding, compensation reviews, personal development plans, and offboarding processes.
β’ Act as a trusted adviser for the leadership team on all people-related matters.
