Okay so just spent 15 mins talking to the brokers. It is a market place for what appears to be the agents, ie. appears to be our agents, but they can't say any more than that. I explained they are two separate companies, so why hav cykel investors not been informed? they said they can't comment on that, but that if I transferred my HL account to them, then they have more info to hand which other brokers won't have, and opens doors for involvement in placings with the company. Anyone trade with CCM out of interest?

It's a franchise, we don't have a franchise, and if we did have a franchise, we should be told that we've created a franchise. Sundae Bar and Cykel AI are two separate company's and two separate entities.

I see you've made a comment over on the SBAR page. Doesn't look as though things are going down well over there, it seems they've done an interview that hasn't gone down well. This is GameTastic's view on there, "Have to agree, this interview is not the best, not clear in what SBAR is about or what the potential is, almost a total put off!"

If I am a director say in Manchester City Football Club, and Real Madrid FC, I can't just take players from Manchester City Football Cub and place them in to Real Madrid, there would have to be negotiations with all board members and investors as to who should be transferred and at what cost and at what benefit to both clubs involved.

Markjenn it's a separate company. If they are utilizing our agents in any way shape or form, and let's face it, the Lucy one certainly looks like ours, then the rns for Sundae Bar should have mentioned that Lucy is connected to a parent company, Cykel AI. As they've made no mentioned of us, then they are not suggesting a connection and therefore, Cykel investors have paid for the creation of this agents which Bixby has then taken over to Sundae Bar, and he has no right to do that without consulting Cykel investors first, who paid for the creation of those agents through a number of placings to raise funds! imo.

It would have been a fantastic advertising opportunity to state the link with us in the rns, it would help us too, but we are not mentioned, so clearly it is a separate entity which refers to its "first agents". If they are our agents, then say so, but they don't.

But it's a separate company hightower, and there is no mention of cykel in the rns! If it is connected to us in any way, then we should be informed by rns, and if not, then why have they got our intellectual property in the form of the agent(s) that we paid to be created from cykel investors money?

So they've taken our agents and not had to pay for their creation, have a similar number of shares, no commercial agreements and yet their sp is nearly 4 times ours!

Their sp is a lot higher than ours as well, why?

This is why they need to urgently come out and explain to Cykel shareholders what is going on.
