In-for-the-long I've been banging on about PR for a few weeks, so now it appears there is some, but we are not referenced within the rns which I feel is wrong, and it's also a PR opportunity missed for us with the mention of our name, which isn't there! They could have said collaboration with Cykel AI!

Not at all, what I'm saying is that they are two separate companies/two separate legal entities. if Sundae Bar are using our AI agents in their company for any purpose ie advertising, PR etc, to their or to our benefit, or both, then we should be informed imo. To read that RNS with no reference to Cykel in it, but with agent Lucy referenced, started the questioning. Why have they got Lucy, and two other agents, same as us, who appear to be the same as ours, but just with different names? And Cykel invetors paid for these AI agents to be developed. Further investigation reveals from the brokers that Sundae Bar have not developed AI agents! So bearing in mind we have the same brokers, how are they referencing our AI agents, what agreement is there? why haven't we been told in an rns at the same time that rns was released for Sundae Bar? If it's a collaboration, then imo we should have been told likewise at the same time as the Sundae Bar RNS and we should have been referenced within their RNS! imo.

Sundae Bar is a shell company. The AI agents are Cykel's. They may be doing PR for Cykel but Cykel investors have not been notified of this or what any terms of agreement are between the two companies. imo.

Then they should reference Cykel in the RNS otherwise it's misleading to investors of Sunday Bar. It effectively means Sunday Bar is a shell as I see it imo.

Hi itshenderz, the problem is I have a legal background, a very rusty one I admit, and not a contract lawyer, but I want to know how a separate legal entity to us is using our AI agents, and they must be ours that we've paid for, for the AI agents development, in their company, especially as the broker informed me that SBAR have not developed any AI agents, and why we have not been informed as to why Sunday Bar are using them and for what purpose, ie market place etc? and under the terms of what agreement/contract that will benefit Cykel investors? I might well be in overdrive, but I think we have a right to know given the content of that rns for Sunday Bar today, and in view of what the brokers for both companies have informed me.

Will see what tomorrow brings, but the donation of such a large amount of shares to charity when this is a fledgling business and the same would decimate the sp, and now this today, have also made me question Bixby's motives. Amazed there is no RNS today, and how can they miss Cykel's name off the Sundae Bar RNS when the agents to all intents and purposes are Cykel's as Sundae Bar have none?

As I say, I suspect there will be an almighty rns tomorrow which will include the company's investment in to bitcoin, which I suspect will have something to do with the AI agent at Sundae Bar, Arok, but the broker told me that Sundae Bar have definitely "not developed AI agents" and those were his words exactly, as I wrote them down as he said it!

If Sundae Bar land a big contract say with Red Bull, then I won't be at all happy unless Cykel are definitely secured the biggest slice of the pie.

I'm still of the opinion that an RNS is needed to explain the situation from Cykel's end. As told by our broker, Sundae Bar have not developed any AI agents, so those AI agents must be ours, one named coincidentally the same as ours, doing the same job, and the other two just given different names! Therefore, if they are marketing our AI agents in any way shape or form, then we should be informed, as Sundae Bar is a separate total legal entity. At the moment, it would appear that there is a conflict of interest, and we need to know the true position, the conflict being that Bixby is involved in that company as well as ours etc. My gut feeling is they are going to land us with a big rns tomorrow here, in order to drive up the sp for the close price to determine whether they offer a placing to certain people known to the company, but we should still have been told here today what the position is, and why our agents are named in the Sundae Bar RNS yet there is no reference to Cykel AI attached to it. imo.

Plot thickens, and it thickens even more as to why their sp is higher than ours, and opened on day 1 higher than ours!

Itshenderz, so if effectively Sundae Bar are our PR/marketing/sales agents, then why haven't we been informed by way of an rns? If there is a franchise, we should be informed, otherwise Sundae Bar is a totally separate legal entity to us. imo.
