Who is going to notify a selling TR!? Err, the seller whose holding has fallen. Its a Stockmarket rule.No one is doing so here, that's the point. As the shares don't exist there is no need for a TR!. Naked shorts are normally accompanied by constant, organised negative posting on various forums to drive down the sp along with the selling. I guess folk can make their own mind up if that is happening here.

Money, a naked short is when a group of investors sell shares in a company to lower the sp without actually owning the shares, the idea is once the sp has fallen enough they buy the shares at less than they sold them for to settle the trades, the difference being their profit.

Classic example the 7m sell earlier. A few every day for last month or so taking average sells to 100m -150m a day. Over the last 25 days around 80% of issued shares have been sold with around 20% bought back This is a net sell of 60% of all company shares with not a single reduced holding rns. These shares being sold don't exist. Im 15% down atm but boy when that call comes I will be happy to be holding.

I think you may be missing the naked short going on here, imho.

Actually, it's even worse. The only holdings RNS in the last six months are three which are all to report increased holdings!!!! So either these are sells of shares that don't exist or certain parties are deliberately failing to notify changes in their holdings against stock market rules.

when sell outstrip buys by nearly five to one. Until this stops the sp will continue to fall. They could literally be selling out in minutes and it would make no difference until this situation reverses. To be honest I don't know where the shares being sold are coming from, I seriously messed up on calculating the hangover from the placing or these are phantom shares (wild not be the first time I have seen this). Interesting despite the very large consistent sell there have been TR1s. which mathematically would appear impossible.

what evidence? I don't know if any of the figures quoted below by various posters are correct. What I am saying is the figures you quote are framed to deramp the share. The evidence for that is in your constant, incessant negative posting. Hope that explanation helps.

So if Bluepun is correct figures for sales have been understated by Guzzler by around 6000 units, or half the entire issue. I think we can see what's happening here. Constant negativity is fair enough but quoting figures to deramp is close to against the rules. I guess the I thinks just about keep it legal but it clear as day what the agenda is.

So. it's unconfirmed, you think (not know) how many were sold (at an unconfirmed point in time) yet you still quote figures which portray lowish levels of sales. How about:
Unconfirmed but I think 10,000 have now been sold, with 2200 available. Revenue over $1000,000k at that point I think.

there is no "market" in this share atm in the conventional sense. They could have triple the revenues and the over proliferation of shares from the placing(s) being sold on would still have the sp down here or close to here. Just about too many spare shares, nothing to do with product or revenues.

one last thing which ties in perfectly, those with the facility to do so will see that some of these big buys are for identical amounts to some of the big sells that have dropped the sp in the last 2 weeks or so (I know its longer than that but that's what I can comment on as wasn't invested previously).

sp movement here not at all unusual after a placing. Shares loaned out or sold direct by placees, will go below placing price as they have already made money on fees and selling warrants on. Once a low has been hit buys come in to buy back loaned shares which are then retained or sold into the subsequent rise. I had the minimum price as 0.16-o.17, misjudged that so going to cost me 20%. What usually happens next is the investors will "encourage" the release of good news to boost the rebound. Seen it hundreds of times before. Add in some fomo and Bobs your uncle.

Yes Steve, not surprised you didn't understand it I meant buys come in. At the risk of repeating myself (everyone else on here does) I care not one jot about the product or the quality of the BOD. Large sells have pushed the sp down and dominate the book so the price is oversold (imho). Looking at the level of buys if the big sells stop, which they must eventually as there are not enough shares around to sustain the current level, the the sp will rebound. Simple as that, I may have it wrong time will tell.

I miscalculated the calculated price they were dropping it to. Target hit, big sells come in, torrent of negative post stop as if someone flicked a switch, lol.

I see folk are keen to hear City's exit plan. What about everyone else's? I will start the ball rolling. Just put second 50% tranche in now average 16.3 aiming for sell at 0.24 for just under 50% profit. Any other targets for sell out? I guess those who think it will carry on falling have already sold?

Ahhh, I see. Some of the posts designed to divert potential money to a company in the same sector. A more positive sentiment than pure hatred if Im being generous. But ME forgiving fan club? Seriously the most ludicrous comment I think I have ever read. The negative posters (for financial or hating reasons) outnumber the positive posters on here by twenty to one. Totally laughable.

incorrect guzzler, Im relying on the large sells to stop. I miscalculated the amount left to churn and also did not factor in shares allocated for new deals. The 4-12 million sells are driving the fall in sp, nothing else, imho. These cant carry on for ever so I remain confident of a bounce. You seem to be failing to understand the focus of my comments. I know you want to explore this "car crash" and to some extent I sympathise with your views. I am simply stating my incredulity at how folk get themselves into such a state that they spend hours pouring bile and hatred on a company .
