why no holdings rns? I have asked the company this with no reply. Do AIM monitor this sort of thing? More or less 50% the entire issue of company shares has been block sold over the last few months, it is literally impossible for this not to trigger a TR1 unless its the same shares recycled.

This will not be allowed to move up, simple as that. No holding rns gets tens of millions sold obviously by same seller. Same shares recycled in deliberate scheme to suppress sp. I am 99% convinced this is to facilitate a low ball sale, but anyone in at less than 7p average should be ok, I think they will make it a double figure offer, 10-12p my guess.

Yep, and I still think its possible that all the selling and the exaggerated gloom and doom rns are a vehicle to keep the sp low for a takeover. Mastercard?

Yeah, was thinking that after I posted. I actually think they will rns re submission, but by no means a certainty. No block sells today (those last reds were buys), but then its only just gone noon.

So- They won't re submit until the FCA feedback suggests it will be successful. Hence when RNS of re submission comes out its basically in the bag.

Not sure if they have to RNS re application, they may have, they may not have. Up to six months is anything from 1 day to six months. So we could be a day away or 10 years away. Cash in bank to MCap highlights the value here. Anything else is a bonus.

Indeed, buying into a big pile of question marks and sells, but as seen on Friday can rise as quick as it falls. Honestly all that is required would be the seller to stop and this would rise significantly on normal trading. This now has most of my long shot money in it through possibly too much averaging down.

Don't think you are missing anything, you have summed it up perfectly. "The Seller" is literally the only thing of any importance here, while they are around this goes nowhere. Seemingly unlimited amount os shares to sell but no holding rns after several months of unrelenting selling. Reckon this is recycled shares borrowed sold then bought(or given) back and repeated. 100% obvious scheme to lower the sp. I am fully expecting a lowball buyout but hey, if your average is under 6p should do okay hence Im still here averaging down.

Yep, big seller punishing buyers now. This will absolutely not be allowed to rise, seemingly aided and abetted by the BOD. Not enough interest for TW to investigate but it all stinks to high heaven.

orchestrated by one big holder. Can only hope the plot returns a bigger sp eventually. Would exit at breakeven in an instant tbh. Whatever is going on is beyond anyones control other than Mr Big.

The BOD certainly are not helping but the real problem is the constant round figure sells. Been going on for months. The seller will either run out eventually ( hopefully this is the case) or these are the same shares recycled over and over in a deliberate scheme to keep the sp low. Together with BOD deliberate negative tone communication I do wonder if this is setting up a low ball takeover. I would actually be happy with 10p having averaged down considerably over the last few days.

Not sure if its just finding a more reasonable level or perhaps movement on the FCA approval. Whatever it is I won't hold my breath waiting for the BOD to put any positivity out, or for the seller to stop. Still confident it will get back to the 20s, please take my comments as an expression of impatience.

like its going bust. No update on any of the additional products. Total sht show here and my worst investment in several years, Cant think of a positive here in terms of lack of action by management. Surely should not be letting this happen when still in profit. Last RNS was horrendously written, one of the worst I have ever seen.

I assume nominal value is 0.01? Also I guess to raise anything of substance they would have to put it to a vote. Consolidation would be a certainty with all the automatic losses that brings. I think they may stick with what they have.
