It's documented that the only notifiable holders never held enough to sell at this level, and anyway neither have sold any unless they are failing to report their holding status. So, put alongside 5 likes for a stupid negative post in quick order, I see an organised event. Not guaranteed to work out for them, either.

not over a barrel at all, to hell with future contracts. Whoever is selling the non existent shares is doing so on the basis that eventually more shares will be issued to cover these trades. If they are not issued then our shares go up in value exponentially. If the company wants issue them at a guaranteed 0.25 a share then I will vote for it. Why should I or any other existing holder vote to enrich the very people who have been destroying the value of our holdings?

40m shares sold SP dropped 5%, those trades cancelled SP remains 5% down, shares are then sold again. Bottle of frogs springs to mind.

Is that the shareholders best interests are served by a NO vote to the authority to issue new shares. If they need to give shares to close a deal buy them from the open market. As far as I can see very little of the money has been used from the previous placing to close deals so it should all be left waiting to be used.

there were more buys than sells yesterday but they dropped it 3.5% probably knowing these sells were coming today. More orchestrated than the London Philharmonic. Looking more likely the sellers know where these share are coming from. If it is a placing at around 0.14 at least most have already been sold. Im happy to bet on the sells drying up and them taking it back up in the same orchestrated way. The persistence of sells has taken me by surprise I must admit.
