Whenever a BOD is straightforward and honest about problems in an RNS you can bet you're bottom dollar its to deliberately crash the SP. In this case to encourage an offer or, more likely, soften the blow of an already negotiated low ball offer. I guess most would accept a 50p a share sale now just to get out of the mire. All just imho.

Indeed, just hope the constant flow of negative posts from certain members didn't put folk off buying the lows and losing out on making money. A significant rise in volume is what's needed now. Or perhaps we will just hit 0.22 (my target for 50% profit) on these lowish volumes.

with the new shares there will be over a billion shares in issue and net sells of a couple of million drop the sp 20%. Will definitely be having a dabble now, this lot are masters of yarn spinning and getting the sp back up to give placer a profit.

yeah, as Im sure you remember we had several days of 400m trading days, with sells 300m, buys 100m, so net sells over the period of around 2billion. There are only just over 4billion in circulation. So as you know, and at the risk of repetition, I don't think those sells were of shares that exist, hence I anticipate at some time soon there will be an accelerated buy back to balance the book. Just my theory but there you go, my money is where my mouth is.

Hi guzzler, hope all was okay this morning. Here's a question for you. Did you ever work out where the two billion shares came from that were sold to cause the steep decline in sp from 0.2 to 0.1? No holdings rns issued and far more than were issued in the placing. You seem to have a keen inquisitiveness when it comes to figures but this one you always seem to sidestep.

Same old, same old. Company wins or retains a contract derampers straight in turning the conversation to "how much profit?" to dilute the good mood. A tactic as old as the hills and hopefully most will see it for what it is.
