Can you please name the British E and P minnow from the 3 currently operating in Morocco, which did NOT fulfil its licence obligations/commitments ?

As Stated clearly from the 3 international companies involved over last 5 years, only 1 has NOT fulfilled the required hydrocarbon exploration licence commitments / obligations. Do you know which one that is gob sheet ?

Well from what I can see and read on the domain, those 2 companies fulfilled all their licence obligations within the period stated by the Country , we didn’t !
