IMO ,The extension has not as yet been awarded , if it had it would have to have been RNSd as hugely material .

The omission of not conducting 3 D seismic over the Guercif licence as per the award Ts and Cs is a huge worry for me.

We are hoping that the mou5 duster will placate OHYNM .

Guercif licence expiry circa 1 month away unless the extension has been approved by OHYNM, which quite clearly has not , because this is material news and no RNS has come out re this.

TBC, the licence commitments as laid out at time of award, were not fully fulfilled as no 3D seismic has been undertaken on Guercif which was a requirement of the award . Let us hope our CEOs gamble of mou 5 duster has been enough.
