Ireland will not pay a penny and if they do , our case is not the same as others . We have an exploration licence which has acute risk to even prove commercial fossil fuels are present.

With new NABI drilled/ worked over wells producing circa 5 bbls a day and with us earning 7.5% of this with tax and royalties to pay. This is circa $35 per day net to us at $80-$90 oil.

I estimate NABIs costs to be circa $100k per well. I estimate at those rates , it will take 5 years to just pay back their costs and then in that time any initial production , will have declined or ceased.

Maybe the great Keith from Oz can sense check that, he seems to have now finally worked out our true percentage we take from new production.

Why do you state we are not subject to any costs at all on agreement with NABI ?

The last well drilled by NABI produced 5 bbls a day , $500 a day max even at these prices.

We are entitled to 7.5% of that after royalties and tax. This is not even $40 a day and it will stay that way until all NABIs costs are paid back, which at these numbers could take years.

Your numbers are based on the fact that we do not spend a single penny in T and T to get this production.

No G and A, no salary’s, no production costs, no licence fees, no corporate fees, absolutely nothing.

You have taken a very best case production number which is certainly open to acute scrutiny and debate and equated this to yearly profit with not a penny being spent by company.

100% correct, we will not increase base case production by 500bbls every 6 months.

That will never happen imo.

Any new wells adding piddling production will be offset from old ones declining.( last well only added 5 bbls a day FFS )

At that rate 100 new wells will need drilled and worked over every 6 months , with zero decline from any existing ones - right !

We only receive 7.5% minus royalties and taxes of all this new production until Nabi have recovered all their costs, which we will never know.
