Feb showed a gross decline in oil production and I suggest heavy Capex was needed to keep production even at that level.

What ever the case 7.5% , 15% or 30% it is totally convoluted and I would state with confidence that Declining production which is clear , is now needing new capex to just keep base production , ie circa 300 bbls a day GROSS ! That is not free to us, that will need money spent spent and recovered to NABI, I would safely say the majority of our net oil sales are now at the low percentage ( either 7.5% or 15% ) and we have very little 15% or 30% from innitial production when agreement was signed over a year ago.

Complete smokescreen and mirrors , there is NO factual evidence in the domain that state clearly what are NET revenue currently is, however bet your. Last dollar if it were increasing , it would have been announced at the Feb Production RNS , it was not and only gross numbers were given . Why ?

SC 3 has to discover commercial moveable oil first before any coming on production is mooted.
