So our expert Keith from oz, has advised this morning that Managem may well be our potential suitor for Guercif.

He has thrown their name into the mix via his post this morning.

Just to highlight the deal that Sou shareholders received for their Tendrara crown Jewel in Morocco.

They gave away their entire company’s stock to Managem for 55% of back costs and contingent payments to cover their portion of capex required for development, They retained 20% interest only in the asset . They received $12 mm basically up front, the rest was covering future costs .

Their shareholders considered a class action , but the reality was, that was the value that a buyer was willing to pay.

Shortly after the deal was concluded , they then did a 10 for1 share consolidation and their value dropped by another 50% , just to drive a final nail in the coffin. They consolidated at 10pence , each 10 shares held by shareholders , were replaced by 1 new share. The SP today is 4 pence !

Shareholders were diluted to oblivion , no special dividend was paid, no return to shareholders was made.

From the time it took from announcing this deal via RNS to final completion was 7 months.

Well , I am sure then you are aware if the miserly deal SOU shareholders received from them, their expectations ( which were like a hundred times lower than mosts here ) were then kyboshed even further by essentially giving their crown Jewel away to them.

IMHO, I suspect all the local names you have so expertly advised in your post will be playing the ball so low , it likely does not even get above the daisy's.

That is worrying for me especially with our head strong CEO, who like you , has a full blown love affair with his rocks

With acute emphasis on past cost recovery only from the deal ( which imo is not even going to happen in entirety ) there is clearly no billion pound or even a 20th of that on the table imo.

There is no wording anywhere other than trying our best to claw back cost recovery from previous drills.

Very Best case scenario IMHO and for this Griffith is going to have to concede , is below.

* percentage of past costs, no way of full cost recovery.

* mou6 drill costs carried - repayable from potential future gas sales

*percentage of potential micro cng capex carried - repayable from potential future gas sales

* equity give away of circa 60% to new partner. ( leaving 15% for us )

The wording also makes no sense to me, he stated not long ago Mou6 was going to drilled in a 6 weeks time not using our money , however quite clearly wording from this latest statement today clearly makes that nigh on impossible.

I’m even doubting it will be drilled in 2026 !

However I will let you tick up the orchestrated syndicated delusional unfounded hyper ramps from the core crew.

IMO, not a chance in hell we will be reimbursed for anywhere near that amount.

Any potential transaction would be subject to contract and there is no guarantee that scoping commercial terms will be

acceptable to the Company.

So sounds to me, this is what is being asked , certainly not what is being given.
