BB , the portishead /Bristol line is an amazing opportunity, same as the Minehead/Taunton line being completed & not just steam trains !! If we can pull a cable from Morocco to north Devon anything is possible.

Im not that good at fid details, but surely Navitas having cash flow from next year is a good enough situation & thus wont delay the fid , as all the cash won’t be spent on day one ? Plus im sure someone will see this as a go situation & offer a cash deal … time will tell when & how soon enough
