The Directors of the Company independent of the Fundraise, being Peter Fleming and Sean Guest, consider, having consulted with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, the Company's Nominated Adviser, that the terms of Alan Brimacombe's participation in the Fundraising is fair and reasonable in so far as the Company's shareholders are concerned.

I agree , better deal will be done , maybe this is just a go away were not desperate move , also just did a large dummy trade & got an instant offer , so someone maybe making hay !!

Ok gus, I thought it was mostly propane/ butane & some light crude , as you say , but all I’m really interested in is someone taking it on ! Navitas must be most likely & hopefully a third partner , maybe rig owners could do a percentage of revenue for deductible on day rate

Hopefully Navitas or an American company, as trump has said lng is the way forward & hopefully the south basin may provide ample amounts, but I also see we have some oil targets , just wondering as we have already hit condensate oil , will our oil target be light grade on the identified targets ? Something the Americans need , as I do believe the refineries only cope with heavy oils

I agree a lower spec rig would be ok for the north , but look at the bigger picture whatever rigs goes to the Falklands will probably stay till it’s rotten , the north basin is so much more than just sealion & rkh also have acreage in the south , so hopefully a multi year contract can be arranged in 2/3 year rolling contracts? Surely a rig owner would be happy with the rig contract rolling along on a nearly permanent basis , for a bit less on the day rate ?
